If you are here in August 2024 or later, we have worked out an amazing deal with Kaizen and Vendetta. We brought them to our facility in Fargo, ND and had a great 3-day tour/discussion about what happened and what our future looks like. It's bright...just saying! Please check out the round table discussion from July, 30th 2024 here: ua-cam.com/video/yK47BF0HHsw/v-deo.html

You say you’d have preferred communication but when Vendetta reached out to you to open a dialogue he was threatened legally. The words you’re reading say one thing but your actions say differently. Whoever advised you that this was the best way to perform damage control is not doing you a service. If you want a good example of how to handle situations like this, look at how Rogue handled its dip attachment situation with Mutant Metals. Reciting the particulars of your patent application in a statement read off a screen - and wishing your “competitors” the best of luck - misreads the situation. Kaizen isn’t just a “competitor.” He is a respected member of the garage gym community and a big part of its DIY ethos. Dismissing him as a “click baiting” UA-camr shows that you are out of touch.

So theoretically if KaizenxGymPin & Vendetta worked together with a manufacturer on a fully assembled lever arm that leverages both of their products, you’re not going to try and shut it down? Your patent abstract is a follows: “A lever arm and method of use are disclosed herein. An example lever arm includes a translatable positioning assembly having a handle assembly having a trigger lock, the handle assembly being configured to engage with a frame member of a rack in such a way that the handle assembly can be selectively positioned along the frame member. The trigger lock is configured to engage with one of a first plurality of apertures of the frame member when a desired position for the translatable positioning assembly is selected. An armature that is pivotably coupled to the handle assembly in such a way that the armature can pivot in a first plane. The armature is configured to pivot in a second plane. The lever arm includes a first guide that is rotatably coupled ot an end of the armature to allow the first guide to swivel.”
Don't see that happening. Look at Bulletproof with their VTS and Isolator. Their locking mechanism has even more placement holes than PRx, Vendetta, etc. They're releasing their next gen jammer arms soon but the trolley and locking plate have been out for awhile.

@@prxperformance if you need a better liaison for patent/legal department, contact me for the most a value-add position. Your business decision in this situation possibly cost the prx company millions in the market. I don’t think your c-suites understand the magnitude of misunderstanding
This is a response to something, but it’s not a response to what y’all have done. This doesn’t serve the home gym community, it only serves your lawyers recommendations. You still have time to truly make this right. And until you do, I’ll be sure to never buy or recommend a PRx product.
100% I want to like them. I respected them before. But this is bad bad bad. Regardless of legalities, morally this was wrong and not a good business move. Public image is huge in business an this makes them look awful.
Kinda pointless for me, you never released the pulley option with these arms which would have made them unique, and then you charged $1500 with what did roll out. How good is the patent if no one is going to pay that much for these arms to begin with.
The fact that you're reading a prepared statement from your lawyers sends a clear message to the community you’re trying to appeal to: you already believe you did something wrong. From my perspective as an average Joe doing some internet sleuthing, it seems likely that legally, you haven't done anything wrong. I'm sure the PRX team shares this view. However, the way you've handled this situation is akin to taking some shovels and digging your own hole. This goes beyond some random product release now and opens up you guys to the community questioning your integrity instead. Also, I'm no lawyer but if I was.... After the initial response from the community, I would have told you to not even bat an eye and to let it simmer down rather than pour more gas over the fire. So maybe consider better legal counsel. My rate is $ 1,499.99 plus tax.
How is this supporting the Home Gym Community??? How is this respecting your competitors??? How? Please explain how... I'm sincerely trying to understand how or why anything you've said benefits anyone but YOU PRX. Would it hurt for you to collaborate with Vendetta or GymPin or DIY Kaizen? This is clearly profits over community from what I am hearing. I sincerely would love for anyone to explain to me how this benefits anyone but them, and why they can't or shouldn't work with their smaller competition (other than for profits for themselves).
I'll be checking back to see if my comments get deleted, so don't you dare try to minimize responses. I am sincerely open to hearing full reasons why you've chosen to do this. Your response was horrible.
I listened with an open mind; I made myself watch from start to finish, twice, regardless of the nearly immediate overwhelming cringe factor. You absolutely lost me with the “click bait focused on views” comment then followed with “nothing but respect for our competitors”. These statements are incongruous. Whether or not if you are honest stand up guys, you have come across as disingenuous giving me no reason to trust you and thereby no incentive to purchase anything from you. You guys screwed the pooch with this video. How people are perceived is reality to the person perceiving and you are being perceived as shady. On the flip side Kaizen comes across as a sincere and genuine person, one of the good guys in the garage gym community and someone I have no problem doing business with and recommending to everyone I meet.
I've been in the home gym space for over a decade. I will NEVER purchase a prx product and I will now actively recommend that people AVOID your products from here on out. Be better.
I am shopping for a power rack. My aunt suggested PRX. She has the folding rack. I stumbled across this controversy. I will not spend a dime on this company. I will share with family, so they are aware also.
Huh, the choice words towards the end really solidified my perception of you all. I was actually considering PRX to replace my Rogue setup too. Guess REP it is!
This was hard to watch guys. If REP Fitness can collaborate with Pepin to give home gym owners what they’re asking for, why can’t you? Is it not as profitable enough? PRX this is unethical business practice and at what cost??? You say you are for the home gym community but do this BS. As a home gym owner I will NOT be endorsing or promoting your business or any of your products. 👎🏼
Over recent years I'd gotten used to bigger companies in the homegym space owning their mistakes and trying to make them right. I expected that from y'all. You're not losing much from my continuing to not purchase anything from you, but previously it had been because I wasn't really aware of your catalogue. Now it's because I disavow your business tactics. PRx is shitting the bed and I struggle to imagine that the company will be able to easily wash away the stink that you're presently cultivating.
Yeah I don't but this at all. Sooooo I bought the Rogue Trolley arms and the Vendetta and Kaizen adapter plates. No PRX for me! I also bought the Rorman Strength handles.

Probably took the road less traveled but we’re all happy with where we are at now!
Video response written by their lawyers. Classless response - what you say is different than how you say it. The final points were not in any way respectful and in fact was the opposite. Argumentative, abrupt and forceful. The tonality of the whole video showed that you didn’t give a shit. Would never and will never order from PRX. When i build facilities and outfit my own studio I use the best. You are not even close to the best but you are acting like a company who operated like any corporate entity. This was a sad tactic. It is responses like this that kill the spirit of entrepreneurship. Hiding behind lawyers and not doing what is right. So you requested for Kaizen not to release the podcast and Kaizen respected that and this was your response?
Wow just wow. Guys look at other companies in other industries. This approach never ends good. Personally glad I sold my PRX rack and now have a Rep rack. Won't be looking at PRX in the future. Mr Wonderful might be rich but the guy is a jerk. Find a better business mentor.
You straight up Jacked someone’s design, put it into yours and then put a pat on it as your own as a unified unit making it difficult for these individuals to sell there ideas to other larger companies, Good luck with your name and business practices. You may be fine, but you won’t get a dollar from me and will do my best so that everyone knows of your practices. Better yet I will send them here and they can enjoy your smug attitude for themselves. Learn from your competitors that work with these smaller innovators to push innovation and deals where everyone wins.
Should have said “we are here to put out the best products to as many customers as possible and we made a decision to set our selves ahead of our competition etc” and shown off how superior their capabilities are. instead we got 2 non lifters reading word docs that sound worse than AI
Not an ideal response. If I were you, I would sit down with the concerned parties and work it out. Then you can all make a video together where you appear more human.
Well I know I'll never buy a PRx product after this unethical move. I don't care what your motives were when the end result is completely underhanded and shady and worse of all hurts the innovation and creativity from the community you claim to care about. What a shame
You guys should be ashamed. I can't believe that's the best you could come up with. Everything about this is bad and looks bad. I won't ever buy or recommend any of your products to anyone.
Here's the thing. A lot of the design looks like it was taken from other options on the market and put together as a single unit. It was even stated in another video that was what you did. Ok so be it. There is only so much to be done with any gym equipment and every idea gets stolen or remade at some point. I get it. BUT to come out with this video, not even crack a smile, not address it in a more friendly manner, and basically be like F off is not a good look. This video makes it seem like your plan was a malicious attack on other people's products to make money. I get it you're "Not UA-camrs". Great don't act like one. Just be genuine instead. Talk from the heart and explain the situation. Do the exact opposite of what this video is. BTW, I think the Halo Arms are cool. The price is a little steep IMO but I think the variety of exercises that can be done and an all-in-one unit is a win.
Was literally about to checkout in the shopping cart with PRx Halo Arms. Nixed that immediately upon watching this response. Doesn't feel right to hand my hard-earned dollars over to a company that would stoop this low. Not when there are adequate alternatives. And especially not when not only do you have shadier than hell business tactics... but you overcharged for the product majorly. You might be marginally better in the jammer arm lineup currently, but not meaningfully enough to justify giving you my dollars, the price, or the bad mojo for supporting a company like yours. For anyone in the market, you don't have to look far for adequate alternatives that are half the price. And there are a lot of promising jammers due on the market before long. Hold out if you can.
@@prxperformance Thanks for mentioning the pinned comment - I listened to the audio, glad to see that a bridge has been built. I dont think patenting others good idea, is the “best-to-go-solution”.. also wonder why you guys withdraw your wall mounted reverse hyper (that was actually something new and exiting, and perhaps it would be stuff like that that would giev prx some greater value). with that beeing said, isnt homegym development not a pretty identical business across the board?, whit alot of equiment beeing done by multible of companies. I dont think the big company vs. The one guy show, is pretty but if the product is more streamlined and improved i do however salute that progress in developement overall, and i dont think that to much, “not stepping on others toes”, is actually the the best in every situation. If this new prx is an overall improvement, i welcome it, and perhaps, it will make the former kings rise again, and we will see future progression in superior design. And so humanity will win, and strenght will have better circumstances. ✌️✌️.. conclusion…. If prx managed to put thes best of both gympin/kaizer and vendetta etc into one design.. i think it has its rightfullplace, and this is how progression is made.

Glad I bought my equipment from rogue back in the pandemic. I really considered this company in the beginning. PRX does not care about the home gym community.
You don’t value collaboration. You value your patents, defending patents against small businesses and your sales. Boycott PRx until they have noticeable deficits in quarters 3 & 4. Return any PRx products no matter condition or date purchased.
We are working on something to resolve this issue further! Thank you
@@prxperformance if you need a better liaison for patent/legal department, contact me for the most a value-add position. Your business decision in this situation possibly cost the prx company millions in the market. I don’t think your c-suites understand the magnitude of misunderstanding
Glad I never got PRX products and I definitely never will. This is appalling.
This is a response to something, but it’s not a response to what y’all have done. This doesn’t serve the home gym community, it only serves your lawyers recommendations. You still have time to truly make this right. And until you do, I’ll be sure to never buy or recommend a PRx product.
You’re the reason people hate larger businesses.
100%
I want to like them. I respected them before. But this is bad bad bad. Regardless of legalities, morally this was wrong and not a good business move. Public image is huge in business an this makes them look awful.
@@taylorpark3544 agreed, many things can be done legally that aren’t moral.
Kinda pointless for me, you never released the pulley option with these arms which would have made them unique, and then you charged $1500 with what did roll out. How good is the patent if no one is going to pay that much for these arms to begin with.
You just lost your whole demographic with this response ... first step to downfall 👏👏
Be better.
Good lord this was cringy. Memorize a script next time? Lost respect for this company.
I am shopping for a power rack. My aunt suggested PRX. She has the folding rack. I stumbled across this controversy. I will not spend a dime on this company. I will share with family, so they are aware also.
Not cool, PRX. Not getting equipment from your company.
Huh, the choice words towards the end really solidified my perception of you all.
I was actually considering PRX to replace my Rogue setup too. Guess REP it is!
I bought exercise equipment from PrX before, but never again. Frankly, I don't respect or trust PrX because of this controversy.
Yeah PRX is officially off my list.
After watching all these rep videos where they’re obviously not reading from a script this is pretty funny 😂
We are working on something to resolve this issue further! Thank you
@@prxperformanceprobably stealing someone else’s idea…
Over recent years I'd gotten used to bigger companies in the homegym space owning their mistakes and trying to make them right. I expected that from y'all. You're not losing much from my continuing to not purchase anything from you, but previously it had been because I wasn't really aware of your catalogue. Now it's because I disavow your business tactics. PRx is shitting the bed and I struggle to imagine that the company will be able to easily wash away the stink that you're presently cultivating.
Don't buy anything from PRx is what you're trying to tell me.
“If you don’t accept this apology every piece of fitness equipment will have the f-word on it. The f-word….you have one day”
How could the PRX team watch this and actually post it. Lmao the title just states “Our response…”
We are working on something to resolve this issue further! Thank you
Kind of weird to read off a laptop guys
Yeah I don't but this at all. Sooooo I bought the Rogue Trolley arms and the Vendetta and Kaizen adapter plates. No PRX for me! I also bought the Rorman Strength handles.
@@MrKeithcl if you followed the full story, we had Britton and Kyle come to Fargo, and really work things out. We have some great plans to work together and we’re working on some small things with Rorman as well. Mistakes happen, we got together with all parties involved and worked it out. Probably took the road less traveled but we’re all happy with where we are at now!
Well, I was gonna order one of your wall mounted racks but fuck that.
Thanks for your support, we are working on a path forward...lots of things to discuss and share with the home gym community when the time is right.
Just an awful look from PRX. I will never support them now.
Hiding comments.. Shows how weak you are.
I just sold all my PRX equipment CHEAP on fb marketplace.
Should have said “we are here to put out the best products to as many customers as possible and we made a decision to set our selves ahead of our competition etc” and shown off how superior their capabilities are. instead we got 2 non lifters reading word docs that sound worse than AI
Imagine ever buying shit from prx 😵💫
Cringe. Classless. Glad I went with Bridgebuilt for my folding rack.
Ouch.
Your rhetorical argument is not persuasive. Your presentation sounds insincere because it sounds like you are reading from a script.
This was hard to watch. Read a script the whole time. Not a good look. Lost my support
Not an ideal response. If I were you, I would sit down with the concerned parties and work it out. Then you can all make a video together where you appear more human.
won't ever buy from this company. Thanks for the comical video though. whoever said this looks like a hostage video nailed it
Well I know I'll never buy a PRx product after this unethical move. I don't care what your motives were when the end result is completely underhanded and shady and worse of all hurts the innovation and creativity from the community you claim to care about. What a shame
You made it worse. We have seen with our eyes that you stole the design. This video only solidified that you see nothing wrong with what you did.
PRX take ideas then then has this trashy response 😂 well glad they lost many customers
You guys should be ashamed. I can't believe that's the best you could come up with.
Everything about this is bad and looks bad.
I won't ever buy or recommend any of your products to anyone.
I can't even believe you recorded this and said: yeah, that's the best thing we can do, that'll explain everything. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Terrible response...no thanks. I will buy from Rogue, Rep, etc. PRX is not an option for me anymore.
You guys couldve at least practiced this so it didnt look so fuckin scripted. Big yikes
Is it PRX from Valorant xd
Hopefully you hold out for the full story..
@@prxperformance How wasn't this the full story. It's titled "our response." If there was more to the story, you should've stated it here.
Not buying this for a second.
You will get precisely 0 of my dollars. Your competition, however, will get many of my dollars.
Do better.
@@Ericbbbb thanks, we did! See the pinned comment. Always working to be the best we can be!
@@prxperformance Thanks for mentioning the pinned comment - I listened to the audio, glad to see that a bridge has been built.
That conversation didn’t seem to yield anything tangible, but willing to give the benefit of the doubt and remain optimistic since it’s the starting point and not the final result. It all seemed genuine, which is good.
Looks like you did
Never get a dime from me or my family either… PRx sucks
Oof.
Yikes, lmao.
This delayed response, deleting comments on social, and hiding less than stellar product reviews on their website… idk, all around shady work lately. Must be plannin a transition to enterprise and collegiate customers that don’t care so much about this stuff I guess
That would make a lot of sense if true.
All the more reason to not trust them or buy from them.
I'm gonna be following this for a while and making sure people respond with their honest feedback here. I'm part of tons of home gym communities and PRX is regularly seen brought up, but this will stir up lots of opinions and I don't see the majority of them being in PRX's favor.
This is the biggest corporate bullshit response I've seen in a long time guys. I don't even know how it's feasible but you seemed to have made things WORSE with this response. I'll never do business with people like you.
That thumbnail is nasty work 😂
I dont think patenting others good idea, is the “best-to-go-solution”.. also wonder why you guys withdraw your wall mounted reverse hyper (that was actually something new and exiting, and perhaps it would be stuff like that that would giev prx some greater value). with that beeing said, isnt homegym development not a pretty identical business across the board?, whit alot of equiment beeing done by multible of companies.
Shame on you.
Ass---...Boycott PRX
Disgusting!
😂
This reminded me of the movie Flash of Genius. In a sense, Vendetta, PRx, and Kaizen are competitors.
