Holy farts of heavenly joy Matt finally made a video
Interestingly worded comment. In any case, I did take an extra week with this one. Some audio glitches and re-recording added a few days.
Great work! Can we talk to you into doing one on the barluath?
Matt I was wondering if RT Shepherd & David Naill are still making Bagpipes ?I havent heard anything about them in a while
Great video Matt thank you for the great videos may you have a great weekend 😊😊😊🍀🍀🍀🙏🙏🙏🙏
A-mach means out, specifically as in moving/going/heading out(side)
Great info! Don't know how this comment got by me, but thank you for sharing.
Matt, a couple of refinements to offer once students get the grace notes straight: you want to allow for some separation between the two basic movements (the B to B, C to C grips, and the open Dre, and the D throw and the open Dre). We want to hear that second note after the grip before performing the open Dre, if that makes sense. Also, as a matter of personal taste, there are two ways the variation can be expressed ... on the beat (as you would have done when performing the Crun dbling variation); or, when you have consecutive a-mach notes, you let them flow together, thereby adding to the power of the variation and contrasting with the doubling. At minute 13:00 here, I play the a-mach variation ua-cam.com/video/J6a5oLLIkt4/v-deo.html (yes, one of my audience members does leave the scene just before the climax of the tune).
Oooh. Nice timing!
Ii take it you just started a tune with a crunluath a mach variation?
"a mach" means "with a kick".
What song are you playing in this video?
The tune at the start is the Crunluath variation of "The Company's Lament" from a 2004 contest I played at in Houston.
