Don't be put off, it's not bad at all. very spacious and the neighbors are cool, they don't talk much english but when has that been a problem when your simply waving at someone ( international sign of hi and bye), i haven't seen a roach but I have seen some centipedes, i buy the red raid spray can and remind myself to spray about 4 times a year and they haven't been a problem after that. Maintenance is ok too, but maybe it's just my attitude I'm kinda laid back.
