    I've followed you for many years (you got me hooked on Seabuckthorn Best Skin Ever) but never commented.. for some context, I typically stress daily but hide it very well for the most part. I can't tell you how very much needed this video is to me especially during this pandemic and year. thank you 💜

    Oh, Natasha, I hope everything gets solved soon, I have been following you now for 9 years and I keep learning so much from you. I changed my eating style inspired by your videos trying to maintain my immune system high. I like how down to earth you are, enthusiastic and honest. I would love to see an upcoming video on how you would prepare for the upcoming economic crisis (worse than 2008) not being able to buy nor sale, hence to have access to food of course. Venezuela's situation is a pilot. How would you avoid to depend on the government's rations so you do not compromise your freedom of conscience and your destiny? I mean more like a survival action plan with ideas on what you would do, like how to stash, preserve, etc., food for a family during about 3.5 years. Would you grow your own food to exchange, and if so what type of foods would you grow in your area? Thank you and God bless you and your upcoming projects so much!

    Hy dear,
    I never contacted you before but I think now is a good timing to say why I consider you dear and why it is so good to see you back in action :)
    Honestly it's been a relief finding you, maybe one year ago, and seeing that my skin condition now has a 'guardian angel' with sincere passion and a desire to help others. This can be seen and felt in your eyes, words and gestures, so with my full heart I want to thank you and wish you a great comeback! (btw you should throw a party for that) :)
    Everything is always going for better and I am sure that you know that, even though it can be hellish when in middle of it.
    Your lovely skin, experience and attitude are still there and with those you can create miracles, as you did when you were starting from the scratch.
    Lots of love and a big yougogirl from one of your many silent followers.
    We'll get you back there. ☀️🌹
    Cheers

      Ahhhh thank you for your beautiful kind words. You've lifted my heart. Yes, it's been a brutal time, but I have no other choice but to continue moving forward. We just never know, in an instant everything can turn around (fingers crossed it does). I thank you for taking the time to write, I appreciate it so much :) Biggest hugs to you, and more videos soon!

    Loved the video! The things you said totally connect with how I tend to deal with stress and it shows up so MUCH on my skin! Trying to learn to let go the control tendencies... lol

    • @InspireBeauty
      @InspireBeauty  4 роки тому

      I'm with you on the control tendencies, not easy. But I see that needing to be in control is always connected with being way too serious. I find just moving my focus to having more fun and letting go, naturally allows me to let go of the need to be in control and stressed about everything.

    Hi Natasha, did you know you were the first youtuber I followed (on raw radiant health):) good to see you again! to make things short my facial skin is addicted to Nivea Creme (a cheap mineral oil based cream) I have been using it since very young age and am now in my mid 40s. Each attempt to change to a natural skin care failed. I get a feeling of tension, dryness and withdrawal on my skin. Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance!

      Hi Anna! Wow you've been with me from the start, that's so cool :)
      To get off the nivea, there's a few things I want you to do:
      - pick a time where you don't need to be anywhere important, that if your skin freaks out for a few days, or a week or two, it's ok.
      - You can either ween off the nivea, or just stop it completely.
      - I would recommend stopping it completely, but let's say you need to go to work and see people and you aren't comfortable doing that with your skin freaking out, then better to ween. If you ween, decrease frequency of use (ie. use once a day instead of twice, or use every other day instead of every day). You can ween slowly.
      - It's also REALLY important that you are eating super healthy, getting good sleep, exercising, and not stressed during this time. All of this will help your skin balance out a lot better. I would also recommend avoiding alcohol at this time and decreasing caffeine. The better your body works, the easier it will be, and the less your skin will freak out.
      - Now, you're going to need something to replace the nivea with. Nivea is heavy, and your skin has been dependant on it for long time. I would recommend a nourishing cream or oil. I really like Biossance Squalene + Omega Repair Cream for dry skin (that's a good replacement for the nivea), or you can try a plain oil like Squalane Oil or Rose Hip Seed Oil. As you are getting off the Nivea and your skin might be sensitive, so in the beginning I recommend not using anything with active ingredients, no essential oils, no fragrance. Just something plain and nourishing.
      - And also, sometimes you have to let you skin freak out a bit before it can normalize. That's ok, it needs to run its course.
      Let me know what you decide to do, we are here to support you :)

    What do you think of microfiber cloths for oil cleansing

    • @InspireBeauty
      @InspireBeauty  4 роки тому

      Yes, you can definitely use microfibre for oil cleansing. Just make sure it's plush enough that it removes the oil cleanser. Sometimes microfibre cloths can be too smooth, making it difficult to remove the oil cleanser. It's one of those things you have to experiment with different cloths and textures to find what works well with your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin.
