Hi! It may be that you are dipping the fan too far into the glue drop. When the glue is too far up the base of the fan it can cause it to close. Hope that helps!
If you are working with easy fans I would recommend a J curve tweezer like the eslashes Paris tweezer (it's even on sale right now!) It works for making handmade volume fans too. If you are working with premade fans I would recommend more of an L curve like the Dallas volume tweezer as that's easiest for pick-up of premades. Let me know if you have any questions! 🥰 eslashes.com/products/paris-volume-tweezers eslashes.com/collections/volume-tweezers/products/dallas-volume-tweezer
when I lift them from the strip they don’t come off together and pointed like yours are, they just come off separated and everywhere. Is there a reason why
You definitely can use the shimmy technique on regular volume lashes and it works! But it takes practice and when you are first starting out, it's more likely that the fans bases will fall apart. It just takes a while to get the hang of it and it's a lot easier with the easy fan lashes. Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions. 🥰 Happy New Year! 💕
hiii! yes this won't work with 0.15 lashes this only works with much lighter lashes like 0.07 0.05 or 0.03. In this video I believe I was using a 0.07 easy fan lash tray. Hope that helps! 💕
Hi Jacky, great question! Easy fans have multiple lashes per extension to create easy volume, while volumes require a bit more skill as these are single lash extensions that require layering. Pro-made lashes are handmade fans, usually made in advance by the artist. We have a great video that goes over the difference in lash types here: ua-cam.com/video/7hQFopz6Dc4/v-deo.html Hope this helps! 😄
I don't feel that it's cheating to use premade fans or easy fans. However, they don't wrap around the natural lash like a handmade fan. BUT If easy fans and premades are applied properly they can still have great retention! Similar to a classic lash. Hope that helps 🥰
HI! Thank you so much!! You can pre-make some of the fans and put them on a sticky silicone holder, but I find it better to make the fans while the client is in the chair so they can be fully customized to suit the client's lashes 🥰 but if timing is an issue pre-made fans are my favourite! and they can be mixed in with easy fans too 😄 hope that helps!
Thank You, I been searching for months for a left-handed fan making tech. 🙌

Hi! After making a pan, if you dip the glue in it, the pan shrinks. Why is that?

I try so hard to do volume fan hand made like you but I still can’t 🥺. It looks so easy to do but when I practice . I can’t. 🥺🥺
it definitely takes a lot of practice! Are you using easy fan lashes? they are so much easier to use and make it easy to create stunning fans!
what’s the difference in easy fan , pro made , pre made, classics
