Still not sure how this band is not plastered everywhere. They friggin ROCK!
It’s sad that they broke up :(((
its a cover orginal by Bo Biddley
@@arusure I know. But I like the speed of this cover. Both are great. But this one is pure energy.
I would definitely say that this band will have hope to bring back classic rock n roll
Optimus band!!!!!
I saw Bo Diddley perform at a small club in Soho NY mid 80’s. You guys hit it out of the park God bless ❤️✝️🇺🇸
These young'uns kick out some serious jams! I love the early Yardbirds vibe and Mod image. Yeah, I've heard the whingin' & bitchin' 'bout "They aren't original" or "they're copying the past". Too fuckin' roight, mate! Their energy, enthusiasm, and just flat out FUN approach to rock & roll has been sorely missed for the last 40 years. After all, the Stones, 'Birds, Beatles, and most of the British Invasion bands were just revvin' up, strippin' down, and feeding American blues, r&b, and rock & roll back to a mostly clueless American and informed European audiences. I don't know how these kids got their ability to channel the energy and attitudes of garage/Mod/Brit Invasion music, but I'm damned glad they have it. As for this old slickerbilly veteran of the '60s Detroit music scene & lifelong freak about "real" music of all kinds; I say the Strypes are the best damned band to stomp the planet! Now I know that Rock and Roll will never die! This is also the coolest music video I've seen since MTV was new. It definitely reminds me of early Yardbirds (with Jeff Beck) videos shown on various TV music shows in the '60s and has some great elements of the Hard Day's Night movie.
Dale Shelton kids now-a-day...
You, are awesome mate.
Right on.
Agreed
i didint read what u said but gg
I am so gutted that the band disbanded. I have watched them since their very early stage.... I will dearly miss these truly talented lads. I cannot find this type of band, this level of genuine talent this day....What a shame...Thank you for the music! Bless you all, whatever the future may hold.
Oh... I wondered that their are only a few Songs and I only found 1 CD on Amazon... I thought why are they so good but still their not so popular in Music? But somehow it is also good to know that their is more than fame and money!
Great that the music is still there...🙂
My new favorite group. Talented!
These kids kick ass!
The music video for this is so well done
It has my old tv in it
I went to the National Blues Museum in St. Louis earlier this month and at the end they had a video playing of modern blues musicians and this song was playing so when I got home I went online and listened to all of their songs
They had a different video for this. When they were a little younger.. that one is pretty awesome too!
it appears on 1:56 in this video. I love that video version as well...
Looking forward to seeing them on Monday at the stadium of light
Such a great song and video
I think I'm in love with them and their music, these guys will be really big.

What a brilliant video for a fab song woah
The band formed in the town of Cavan in Ireland with the original line-up consisting of McClorey (10 September 1995), Walsh (30 October 1996), O'Hanlon (20 February 1996) on vocals, Jack Hayden (bass) and Conor Bates (guitar).
I LOVE The Strypes!!

Very best music video I've ever seen. The detail is amazing in this production. Unique and classic.
Great song
So good and lotsa fun, isn't that what Rock and Roll needs right now?!
If they got back together I’d be the first to buy a ticket to a live show! Blues crosses with punk through them and it’s bloody INSANE
Kick ass version of Bo’s classic… so good! ❤

Shame we can't roll back 40-50 years when this music would have been appreciated for the greatness it is.

Love The Strypes!!! x
The Strypes are one of the few bands that move rock forward. Taking nothing from them, it amazes me that more of these viewers have not taken the time to watch Bo do the original. Returning to the root of any song reveals the inspiration for all those that follow and copy. The Strypes would confess that this is their best effort at a copy. No was cheated out of a comfortable life by a dishonest recording industry and a sometimes racist entertainment complex. As did Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Louis Jordan and countless others. These artists just wanted you to dance your ads off. Go enjoy them and find out how derivative most covers are...
I look like a farmer but, I'm A LLAMA!
Ok this is an gem of a comment, you and the Strypes are two of my favourite ever artists
I love this song 💕👌
Oh my God! The music of the Strypes is SO GOOD! Alice Cooper said it in an Interview and I only listened to 2 Songs over and over again and somehow never searched for other Songs. What a mistake! Sadly I can't buy the only CD I found on Amazon,
But I am glad that I found other Songs of them on UA-cam with cool videos! AMAZING MUSIC! ❤😎🤘
Regards from Germany
Onde estão esses caras?!?♡

This video is 5 years old? ReLyy?? Aww can’t believe I’ve loved u guys for that long :( I remember I discovered u when you just had young gifted and blue, then I remember when u signed with mercury records and I was so so happy than your music was going to have a wider audience! Thanks to you I remember listening a lot of rock during my high school days... how time flies, even tho we are almost the same age, I feel old now. I was very sad when you announced your disbanding but i will support your future projects! I think you will keep bringing lots of cool stuff to the music scene :) p.s. also bc of u i visited Ireland!! Even thought about making a trip to Cavan but that didn’t happened hahahaHahah i guess I really did love u xD
