Can you guys make a feature that you can reject brands?? 🙏🙏 It’s been months and some don’t respond still pending application. But after awhile I would not like to work with them even if they accept me months later. Can you make it so we can withdraw our applications! That would be really helpful and clears space under pending bar so it can be more organized! ㅤ◡̈ Also a feature where we can stop working with the brand…. Or do we have to email them to tell them that we no longer want to work with them because some brands don’t provide an email.

Agreed! I have Collabs I applied back in February and still to this day, nothing. And one who sent me a free product and I have since delivered on out agreement but my application still says pending!

How long do you have to wait for it to send to your inbox?

Hello. How do I get paid? My PayPal is connected and it’s already been a whole month and my payments are still pending on Shopify. Is there a way to ensure I can get paid consistently or is it only manually on the brand side? It would be nice if it was consistent and automatic and not whenever they remember to release payment to the affiliates.
I was looking for this comment. Looks like they pay out once a month different days.. I wish it was automatic and consistent payout too!
Hi, I saw that the longest 90days for affiliate attribution link. What happens after 90days if the creator wants to continue with the collab?
Hi, Farid. You should be able to increase the attribution window within the tier and update that if you want to track it beyond the 90 days you have set.

Hi, I've managed to apply to brands that use Shopify via their websites but when I go onto the discover tab it says I have signed up to early access and will be notified when brands start using it. Obviously brands have already started using it as I have collaborated with a few. How do I see all the brands that are on the app so I can apply to work with them as a creator? Thank you!
Hi, Jessie. Thanks for reaching out and posting this question! Shopify Collabs is currently in early access so there's some brands that can be discovered. However, this isn't the case for all stores and you'll also need to apply to the brands. How do you contact creators from the Discover page who you added to a list?
Hi Amanda, great question. When you view your list of creators, do you see any contact buttons there? You should be able to contact the creators you saved from your list page. Let me know if you're not seeing anything. -Kitana
