Excellent videos!
Interesting! I'll have to try this, looks easy, I like easy.
Looks yummy!
Perfect Timing, Gianni! in a few short weeks it will be Strawberry Festival time here in the Great Northeast, and I'm sure in other parts of the USA. I can walk to a self-pick field then make a big ole batch of this in time for Father's day. Thanks Friend!
This would taste fantastic! Would make for a great cocktail. I wished you could upload more than once a week, I love your video. Thanks and cheers from Australia.
Thanks. Let me know if you come up with a cocktail. The strawberry liqueur is a nice ending to a meal all by itself and your cocktail would be a nice start to the meal too.
Hi thanks for replying. Yes it would be a great starter or great with a meal. I saw this recipe which would fit perfectly. www.yumsugar.com/Happy-Hour-Redhead-Bed-3075384
Love the videos. Quick question... when I make Limoncello I leave the lemon zest in the Everclear for a long time, from 1-2 months, before I add the simple syrup. Could I do the same thing here to get a stronger strawberry flavor, or would the strawberry breakdown and disintegrate?
Delicious! I suppose you can make this with other berries? I have some nice blackberries I'd like to try this out with. Thanks Gianni!
You can use this method with any berries you want. And I bet blackberries would be delicious. In fact, you can actually use other fruit as well, but maceration time may vary. Just Pears, peaches, pineapples, the sky's the limit. Give it a shot and let me know how it turns out!
Hey Gianni. So how should the liqueur be stored during the week? I don't think the freezer because i found that the liquid released from the strawberries froze. Should I keep it in the fridge instead or in a cool dark place at room temp? I stored my limoncello in the freezer for a week without it being frozen. I think maybe it's because only the lemon peels were used instead of the lemon juice. Please let me know. Thanks!!
Ciao Mike. I leave mine in a dark place at room temperature. Sometimes I'll put in the fridge before serving it a bit chilled to my guests.

LIQUORE DI FRAGOLE 🍓 bravo 👍
Always have it on hand along side my limoncello. Nice end to meal.

@@GianniNorthBeachTV don't tell me about limoncello, I live in Italy
But I love it even here in America. Do you live near the Amalfi Coast, home to those large citrons that make the best limoncello? What's your favorite besides homemade.
A presto.

@@GianniNorthBeachTV yes I live near 50 km from Amalfi. like “nocino napoletano”
My father's family roots were in Napoli and my mother was born in Mirabella Eclano. I love Campania and visit often. If all goes well I'll be there again in 6 months.
A presto.

Thursday is ok . Specially after you showed me the Booze. What a great idea nice and easy and who don't like booze .
He said ever clear and my whole entire life just fell apart. I don't know how you are that strong. lol. Negative.
If you mix it with water half it’s like regular liquor goes from 95% to 40isb percent like regular liquor like vodka.
Yum!! Now your talking..... I would put those strawberries in a blender with some ice and make a slush. And I would use that strawberry booze to make a Strawberry tiramisu......Mmmmmmm, thanks for posting.
Ciao, Eilleen. A fragole slushie or a fragole tiramisu sounds delicious! If you do either, post some pics or video to let me know how it turns out.
