    The sad thing I noticed about the employee mindset is viewing a paycheck as an allowance they should be grateful for, instead of a transaction they earned in exchange for providing their services

    I don't agree with his black and white definition of entrepreneur vs employee. I understand what he wants to tell but there's a lot of people out there who likes to do their employee job. He couldn't have had a running company if he hadn't found good employees and people he trust...
