@@Themadnessofbrawl great question I would say keep building on your strength and becoming an even better shooter. Then get in the weight room and build strength and athleticism. Then work on expanding your game to be more lethal attacking off the catch and getting downhill off the dribble. If you have the ability to attack the rim when they take away your 3 you will be unstopable, I am assuming right now you are two one dimentional

You absolutly right, "skill" is way more than technique & motor skill alone, you need to invest plenty of practice time in cogintive skills like perception and decision making to widen your motor solution space in game situatons and be able to understand the context why and when to use certain motor skills & techniques.
Spot up shooting or stationary ballhandling "on Air" (vs no defender) may help you to get more confident with your technique but long term it doesn't prepare you for the chaotic & unpredictable nature of the game, without perception action coupling you are not ready to play the game yet.

Due to my situation it's really hard to find pick up games. The college guys don't include me in the games, nobody comes at morning and barely anyone at night (I have studies on evenings, which I can't really change). I'm only able to play against newbies and beginners. I feel like playing against lower competion hurts me, I feel like I play much better against college/ higher skilled players. So overall on just stuck to being a ‘practice player’ 😅
Do you have any tips for me, Tyler?
