Genuinely concerned by how much you drink water/have smoothies instead of eating a proper breakfast.. I used to be in the pro ana/mia community and that was what people encouraged so you don't eat, I know you have a history of an eating disorder and I hope you genuinely take care of yourself. It took a long time for to get over just drinking/water weighting and actually eating two or three meals a day, and I hope you aren't pushing yourself too far and actually taking care of yourself on an everyday basis, and that includes eating breakfast as well
I love the fact that these videos were taken on different days but with the exact same procedure. Helped me train myself to adopt the same habit. Really productive, really healthy and thank you for sharing your days.
Since christmas I've been getting up at 5 everyday, having a good breakfast and doing any work/revision (a level) i've scheduled before I go to school. Would deffo recommend as you feel so energised and productive for the rest of the day (and once your body clock is used to it its no more difficult than getting up at 7). Also i personally am a much better morning worker than evening, so I love this routine because I'm always done my days work (including frees/after school) by 4/5 and I have my evenings totally free!
Yeah still working! I make sure I'm in bed at half 8 then I have an hour to read/watch youtube to wind down then sleep at 9:30 so I'll always have 7 hours sleep minimum. Recently started carrying on this routine through the weekends too though (used to only do weekdays then normal times weekends) because otherwise it makes getting back into it monday/tuesday so difficult. feels so normal now though (especially as it's pretty much light at 5 atm)

I wake up two hours early if I just have lecture but I also work, when I work I wake up at 2:30am I work a 4am to 9am shift before classes depending on my class schedule.

Most of the time, people ik tend to get up earlier bc they gotta put makeup on and make breakfast, but me being the laziest in my friend's circle, I take most of my time in the bathroom which results me not having enough time to put makeup on so I end up going to the campus looking like a hobo 💀
my morning routine : wake up at 5:30, turn off my alarm. sleep. wake up for the second time at 6, turn off my alarm. adjusting my eyes to fully open and it took me around 5 minutes. play my phone for 20 minutes. get ready in less than 10 minutes. take my medicine and go to school. wow, productive. i know..

My morning routine of uni consists of me waking up at 8:20 after subconsciously snoozing my alarm 5 times, screaming “oh *beep* I’m late I’m late I’m late” - before brushing my teeth, throwing on my jeans, a hoodie and sprinting out the flat and then speed walking to classes only to just make it, a horrible sweaty mess... hella productiv

Wow, I love your dedication. I struggle with being regularly productive because I tend to get burnt out easily, not to mention my energy issues. I always end up needing a few days of doing nothing to refresh me. And yes, I do take supplements :/

I was surprised at first to see how late you leave for class, but then I realized you must live on campus. I live in an apartment that's at least 20 minutes away by bus so I'm used to leaving 30-60 minutes before my classes start

I am from Austria to and I live in a dumb,so i have to catch the bus early. My school isn't far away I only have to drive 15 minutes by bus and I am at school at 7 am, allthough school starts at 8 am...
