Many homeless come from outside Cali for the weather.
Most of these homeless are in their predicament because they were priced out.

Evey movie u see that has Venice beach always made it look better than it was!!always been kinda ghetto and dirty there i remember finally going there and being VERY DISSAPOINTED!!im 5 hours away for 12 years now and still havent been back!!GROSS!!
Matter of preference. The sort of ghetto feel it always had was part of the appeal. It was never for everyone.
People become homeless for various reasons - financial, drugs, mental health, laziness, that's not my business.
But how the state can let this go on, or even try to have stopped it before it became unstoppable, that mystifies me.
