I think slow after hit is best, lets the slower of us catch on to where the punch really landed and gives it a nice punctuation, really sells the impact
The slow right before the hit with zoom and shake was great. I'd say use the slow mo sparingly though, and for the most impactful moments, like the knockout here.
0:31 my favorite was the rotate normal speed by the style of impact and windup makes its more impactful. The sound and how the body just falls makes it hit. 0:14 I say the best one for how she prances and still throws another swing was the shake since it keep a nice nice energy to it and that impact of "OH THATS IT? ITS DONE! SHES DONE!" type of feel. Killer animation. UFC 1 I still watch that sumo getting kicked in the first round. That kinda feel.
Excellent work, personally I prefer the slowmo after hit since it keeps the speed and impact without sacrificing clarity. One of my favourite animators monty oum often did it in his work too.
