Mixing flash with constant light sources. Toy photography

Sharing with you my process on lighting this Mythic Legions shot. The first part may be a little slow to start. But its a foundation for the part where I begin turning the lights on and modifying them.

and begin turning lights on.
You can totally do this same process without flash just replace a constant light source as your main. I have flash so I use it most of the time as my main light while adding constant light sources like lume cubes for fill and other motivated lighting.
