Loved this discussion, thank you Jeff and Todd. The Geneva Bible (1560) translates "I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling" or "a cup of reeling..." or "a cup of staggering..." as "a cup of poison". I don't read Hebrew, so I remain curious about that choice of words. Is Jerusalem to be a poison chalice, to those who think that they can appropriate it for their own agenda? It seems to fit that meaning. It will lead to the destruction of those who war against the Lord God in Ezekiel 38 and 39.

I would take that a step further , also every numeral and every word value in the original scripture is also God breathed. Some may say that this is " gematria " and or " mysticism" . There is a in fact a deceiver who is the prince of this world who causes people to accept what is true or valid as being false or invalid. He is in fact the deceiver. He takes what is good from God and makes it bad. Every dot and every tittle of God's word written in His original Hebrew numeric language has meaning. Jewish rabbi's who study the Torah know this ! Every word , every dot , every tittle, every numeric value within His word has meaning and is without error. This applies to the original new testament written in the Greek language as well. If the numeric values within the languages that God used to write down His truth do not have meaning then there would be no reason for them to be there. If they have no reason to be there then God would not have created a language with words that have numeric values. They are indeed purposely within His Language's. In this latter day , God is using the numeric values of His words ( letters ) values , to reveal truth within His word as history plays itself out. Also , in the same like manner , some say that " The book of Jubilees " is not God breathed. I believe that it is God breathed because it is in agreement with all of scripture that is God breathed. But it is in agreement with Sir Isaac Newton studies which is the only human being that I know of that may have had it right. But I don't see that happening . The numbers are written out for all to see, they are not "MY" numbers , numbers don't lie. Let me also say , this is a theory based on my studies which are not complete , I do need to edit the video because I am still learning.
