It's so cold tonight. I wish I had a tent and a blanket.

Sweetheart if you can't find any stuff in the trash or something when you're out there please try to ask around or go to these places that could possibly help you I'm still homeless myself but I'm at a shelter right now and I don't know if you're dealing with any domestic violence shelter or anything but you can look up those places including going to other shelters to ask for help or even in some drop-in centers to help you I hope that you can be able to get a place or at least get somewhere safe and have some shelter

Most people’s income is not 2400$ that means you would have to make 600 a week and most people are barely making 1400 a month

Bless you guys me and my mom has been homeless before we went into shelters but a lot of them never cared at all we have struggled since I was three years old all the way up until now I'm safe in an actual shelter that understands and cares but it's hard when they continuously get reports about people that don't like you and don't want you here continuously reporting about Non-Stop false reports every single time I wish that they can actually get every homeless person off of the streets and put them in hotels until those beds in shelters are open instead of having them being outside in tents because it does get cold to the point where you end up freezing and dying and there's a place called star house that are allowing the children to be stuck outside in the freezing cold in Van Buren is the most sickening and horrible place possible they do not care about you in those places at all they just want the money I really think you guys need to actually get all the homeless people off of the streets and actually put them in hotels until at least a lot of the shelters in Ohio and being open to everybody that would make me cry tears of joy if that happens because I know how it is for people to be homeless and struggle so much with the income becoming so high where we can't barely pay for it or anything where we can't pay our bills or any of it it's hard really hard for us to deal with all of that

No there's not most people out there there's like a tiny bit and the rest of us don't want to be homeless when I was 3 years old me my sister and my mom including my twin brother struggled out there and I'm still homeless because of the fact that I trusted people to help me and they didn't do it and now I'm running and staying in a shelter that actually helped me so not a lot of people do that type of stuff there was this one called that does that but that's not a lot of people that's only like a few of them

People have to want to help themselves I don't think anyone had a perfect childhood I know I didn't, but you know what I make things happen got a job and got a roof over my head and I'm not on drugs, that's the problem with a lot of these homeless people they don't work all they do is sit around and drink and do drugs someone needs to speak out!!

Street homeless are fentanyl addicts. Many just flirted with drugs for fun or self medication purposes till they smoked fentanyl without even knowing it. All street drugs are laced with fentanyl nowadays including street marijuana.

I am certain that the industrial revolution and Covid have nothing to do with this, it's 100% their unwillingness to stop using drugs.

Imagine you're a manager. Would you hire someone that doesn't have the ability to shave 3 times a week? That doesn't have showers, or new clothes. Hell no you wouldn't. It's a systemic issue, not a "personality' issue. Check yourself.

Homelessness can happen to anyone! Don't judge another, it could very easily happen to you!

My mother including me and my sister were homeless from when I was 3 years old my mother battling cancer while I have scoliosis to the point where I need to get back surgery and my sister to the point where she couldn't get a job my mom still struggling and still fighting cancer to this day went to continuously go work to survive me and my sister my mother sleeping in Vans going from place to place sleeping outside then going to shelters Non-Stop you think that we do drugs we drink not all of us do that type of stuff there is actually kids that are homeless and if you would stop trying to go and blame it on alcohol and drugs and actually go in here homeless people's stories of how they became homeless in the first place then you would feel more compassion not every homeless person can get a job a lot of us have to go on to government official type of SSI SSDI or food stamps and everything to try to survive and not even that will help you don't know what it's like to be homeless from the way you commented that I'm homeless right now in a shelter and I still feel horrible for the people that are outside right now if you don't have a heart just say it don't need to go and sale of that if you actually sit there and listen to people and see what they went through when they were homeless then you would have a heart to understand why a lot of us are struggling not because we do drugs or drink it's because a lot of us have became homeless from so many different things including being kicked out of her homes when we were a kid or anything it does not matter if you do drugs or drink or smoke or anything anybody becomes homeless out of nowhere and it sucks I was 3 years old becoming homeless with my sister and my mom and it killed me and my sister because we didn't have a good childhood and yet you came on to this comment section talking about how all homeless people should get a job then they'll be able to provide okay so you're telling a 3 year old child or all the kids in the world that have become homeless to go get a job right you really want that to happen Knowing damn well some people out there can't bear physical mental and everything I have to get a f****** working dog for me along with get on SSI if you truly had a heart you would understand the s*** that homeless people go through instead of going talking out your ass
