Gotenks is not normal Saiyan too, when he turned into SSJ3 - he is a fusion.

The reason alot of people like ssj3 is because it isn't a casual transformation like ssb, goku only ever used it a couple times so it isn't spammed as much like ssb, that's why people value it so much
