This video is Amazing!! I have never gotten this far (53 min) because I am normally asleep by this point in the video but this time I'm listening to relax versus sleep.
Best video by far for closing eyes and listening with headphones, I fall asleep everytime , the only thing missing was writing with a dull pencil, can't have it all I guess

My wife and I used to share a very quiet and cozy office but our desks were arranged to be back to back. Sometimes she would go to town typing and paper work etc and I would lose my my train of thought getting tingly
In this type of videos it's good to proceed naturally but for the asmr purposes my recommendation is to be more gentle and don't pull or trow stuff too rough because the whole point is to relax the audience. Please don't take me wrong it's just an advice :)
No I get it. If you're like about to doze off and she throws something and it's super loud all of a sudden.. that's happened to me and it sucked so I get it but that's good advice actually for the next video. I agree that this one is really good tho.
