Cesare (Kaito) and Lucrezia (Miku) are siblings both from Rome, and the Borgia family is known for having a large collection of different poisons. As seen in the Poison Of Blue Manga; Cesare and Lucrezia finally meet each other when they're only children. Later, they both grow up to see each other. Cesare ends up falling in love with Lucrezia, and tries to 'capture her heart' Cesare doesn't know that Lucrezia actually feels the same way about him, until she leaves her husband to be with him. Lucrezia is actually interested in the collection of poisons, and she asks Cesare to give her the Cantarella poison. They have a drink together, and Lucrezia ends up "dying". Cesare is caressing her body, and he starts crying. Lucrezia eventually ends up waking up because her mother taught her to be immune to the Borgia poison. Then it ends up being happy ever after?? She actually wanted to be poisoned, and I don't think any rape attempts occurred, but at the end of the day it's still incest.

Toma's is almost identical to the Japanese version of the song but Zoozbuh sexy voice just bring this song up to a whole new level so... Zoozbuh it is.
P/S: I fell in love instantly with this song because of him. I checked out the original, its amazing but that something is missing and i found out later that between the two, Zoozbuh actually... how should i say this? He added his own finishing touch to make the song better and make it his own whereas Toma's tried to be as close as the original so my vote goes to Zoozbuh ;)
