Love your content Buggs! I'm a city worker for albuquerque transit department. Thanks for showing everyone these things. We catch all kinds of heat for the people that ride the bus which I find ridiculous. Everyone's just looking for love and appreciation. Happy new year!!
@AlexMarentes My pleasure! Public Service is something I find great reward in. At the local level, it really is effective to have compassion towards the public and serve them with honor and dignity. Once we get to the DC level I'm worried that they've forgotten whom they serve, the public🤣
Hey Buggs I certainly admire your guts I used to live at 219 Texas Street it was pretty rough but I will say the homeless folks that lived near by were very friendly and nice if you were in need they were the first ones to help you I was surprised at first but then I really started admiring them and appreciating them I knew if I was ever in serious trouble I had people who would help me because I was a local person too and we gave back as much as we could at the time, I have a new respect for the homeless and never say never! This year I found living out of my vehicle iam a well educated person I have a few previous experience top Notch job titles but just fell on hard times it’s not easy out there Buggs thank you so much for showing it raw!!! You’re a good man doing good things!!!! Keep up your journey and always stay safe and healthy and true!!! God Bless !!❤ Happy New Year!!!
We use to live on Texas NE I think 315 , then moved to a bigger place on Espanola , & we had so much going on there. We we're broken into 2 times, someone stole a motorbike & parked it in front of our window in the back..I asked the neighbor when he was going to ride, he said it wasn't his..It was stolen, & a 14 year old was murdered put into a bag..It was horrible ..that was over 30 years ago ..We moved back to the East mountains as soon as we could. .My Son has been living on the streets .He came home, I told him, I wanted to help him get off these drugs, but I can't get apartments anymore. Or get him a vehicle . I told him to sleep on the couch, but he refused to, he wanted to sleep in his tent..It's so dang cold out there..Dropped to 18 the other day, and I can't get him in the house..But he left over a week ago back to Alb..I am so watching to see if I see him..I didn't raise him this way, he was doing great got to brown belt , his teacher wanted him to teach too, let him take classes for free, he had a future..Then one day he turned 18, friends changed, stopped going to classes , he got into trouble went to , prison ..Then lived in a church was doing great, but then again, the drugs come around. If he would just try like he was doing , he could still have a life. , I don't watch TV news anymore, because there's a shooting or someone getting murdered every single day in Albuquerque ..You are brave to go out like this. I mean brave......I hope my Son is ok, this scares me.. But how do you help someone who wants help but keeps backsliding , what to do? He's too old to keep this up. And I'm too old to be worrying about him..but I hope he's ok ..I' look through some of these video's just to see if I can see him..If he's ok, warm, not hungry. every day..
That Circle K area during the day is crazy. Surprised there is not a million people there. Good thing they closed that alley down. It had a crap ton of people doing druos down it.
Dang central scares me even during the day. I feel bad for kids and animals that have to grow up in areas like that. Happy New Year! I might take you up on a scary adventure this year lol. 😂
Dang Mr BUGGS you sure are brave. I been watching u. We are over in sandia park. Soooo cool you made it in and out. Crasy footage you have of Albuquerque. Please be careful when ur out there. Dont think you dont have a life. I dont get out much nowdays. You show me the real world. My world. Thanks Mr Buggs. ❤
It’s a felony to fire a gun within a certain distance of a dwelling, or from a dwelling. As Sheldon Cooper’s roommate agreement says “refrain from celebratory gunfire”.
I grew up in Burque but now live in the PNW. I went to Van Buren (Vanguards) and Highland pre War Zone and the areas especially around Van Buren were not bad and safe to walk and live. I think the rise of Crack and then the Fentanyl epidemics combined with low economic opportunities devasted the area. Still love New Mexico though.
A friend had occasion to drive through the war zone on New Year’s Eve during the day and said that you could tell everybody got their checks early because they had their heads under their jackets getting high. He said all the street activity was brisk.
Get yourself a little bike bell. I got one off of Temu for $5 or so. Less aggressive than the bike's horn. Sad to see so many people without housing, especially in that cold.
I wish I could’ve seen your news interview. I always think of you when I see tunnels and creepy places like Vaughn and Encino lol. Be safe out there. 💕👏 much love. May the Lord send his Angels to always be with you … because you go to some sketchy places lol. When I hear the valley of death prayer, I always think of you. God bless you. Love your content, and always go with your gut.

Breaking Bad was filmed here in Albuquerque and Albuquerque has gotten really bad the last 7 to 8 years. Great video Bud you know what you should do, you should film all the breaking bad locations here in Albuquerque and I bet you that might get you more views and likes.
@, maybe my question then, isn’t illegal to do that, I heard there’s a map of liquid gold that lead us to Sandia not the Casino maybe in the mountains?wondering👍

@kerripalmer2311 Thank you, friend. It's fun to experience mysterious places. I will be up to bring you along a tunnel if you are interested. Sometimes, I do feel bad for some of the homeless, it's a rough life for sure. Some seemed to be in a festive mood for New Years.

Ive seen that some other places in the us are bad and fire pits depicted in movies but its insane to think this is all barley three hours from me helluva world i heard Albq is bad but hadnt really seen the full scope of if are shelters full or to violent to be an option for most?
I know this sounds unfeeling but some folks don’t want to follow the shelter’s rules such as no drugs or alcohol. And mental illness plays a part, too. Thankfully (hopefully) if children are involved, then the parents will go to the shelters! For the grace of god…no judgment. It is very sad.
I grew up there from the 80s all the way to 97 the reason why it was called the Warzone was due to gangs violence, and like I said since the late 90s, all that has fizzle away all it is now is overrun by homeless people and drugs so I don’t think it should be called the war zone anymore

Due to the violence, homicide rates, drug use, prostitution, and flood of homeless people on the streets, just to name a few of the problems..
