My little girl was a terrible sleeper! I ended up doing loads of research on baby sleep, we changed her nap routine around 14 months and she started sleeping though the night!!! For us it was moving her nap to 12 - 2:30, then pushing bedtime back to 7:30, she was tired but not over tired. I wonder if the girls are over tired at bedtime, when my little one was overtired she would wake up more often. You could try limiting the morning nap to 1.5 hours then try a second nap around 3 for 30 mins. It may help. I’m no expert or criticising but I know what it’s like to be up every night for months and months. Your girls are so beautiful and I love watching their relationship with each other and their brothers xx

Lovely getting an update on your little beauties... just wondering if you are or have tried dream feeding? We (mine are now both in secondary) eventually fed our kids when we went to bed and it really worked for both of them as they weren't great in getting the milk in over the day and were also early to bed. Things have changed so much though so this might not be a thing now lol!! Those genes of Jordans are certainly strong ones 🥰😘

Honestly you do so well having 4 children. My girls are 5 4 1(nearly2) rhey all get up between 5-6am every day big two since they were born! They have same bed time every night , same tea time lunch times then i just go with it rest of the day! Like you say i cant put the toddler for a nap same time every day because of the big girls. Im having my fourth next year and no clue now it will work🤣
Awwww they’ve grown so much they are beautiful India is Jordan’s double bless them all the older two had their last bottles at 7-8pm n still got up once in the night but my younger two I woke them up at 10 pm for another bottle before I went bed and they both slept right through from being a few days old it’s just making sure their Little’s belly’s are full enough for a full nights rest maybe a risk with the bottle before bed or a bit of baby porridge like supper for them may help them sleep through hun xxxx

have you tried a dream feed about 11ish ? sometimes that helps keep them asleep throughout.... x

Hi Lusy we’re did u get your girls headbands and polkadot suits there so cute?
Their age seems very young to only be one one nap so early in the morning. Could you try and make the morning nap shorter 30-40 minutes so they get an afternoon nap which is maybe why they are waking at night as they are overtired.
I think she knows what’s best for her own children 👍🏼
Omg that they are standing up! I think at least 1 of them will be walking by 12 months! 😋 what colour are their eyes? Every time i see them, the colour looks different 😅

Makeup etc wise? I don’t wear makeup everyday. But if I do, usually during nap time :) (or first thing in the morning) xx

Hey! Reflux has pretty much gone, just the odd ‘sick’ now & then. As per NHS guidelines, I will use a small amount of cows milk with food or if it’s a larger amount I’ll use the SMA 🥰❤️

Lucy can u just ask when you put the twins to bed do they fall asleep straight away or do they try and stand up and stuff my son stands up in his cot and just shouts or cry’s and I’m so scared he’s going to fall so I end up just getting him back out and rocking x
They go straight to sleep pretty much ❤️
When I was there age my mum use to feed me and my twin sister jasmine a rice yougurt something like that we can't remember what it actually called but all I know it by the millier anyway she use to feed us this before bed then milk as we use to wake up hungry through the night.

Hi Lucy, just a tip that may help the girls to sleep through the night. My mum says she used to give me a small amount of baby rusk in my milk bottle. (A quarter when i was very small and gradually increased till I was having a full rusk). This used to help me sleep all through the night. Bearing in mind this was almost 30 years ago! I don't know what the guidelines on the rusks would be nowadays. I know so much has changed.

I have a 9 month old,am a first time mummy.she is really good with food and only has 2 bottles and one long nap,same bed an wake time as tge twins,only thing I am concerned about is she wnt walk or crawl no matter what i do,any advice please lucy.twins r doin great xx
Hi Vicky! Please don’t worry. All babies/children are different & do things at different times. Have a chat with your health visitor for some guidance etc but I honestly wouldn’t worry, all in their own time ❤️❤️❤️
@@LucyJessicaCarter thank you,I just feel like a failure sometimes,even though tried everythink,she just rolls and does army crawl,shes 3 weeks younger than the twins,i love watching your videos of there progressions.Ariah(my daughter)doent wake up at all in the night and baby led feeds so all very good in them areas 🙂 x
@@vickyd7836 please don’t feel like that, as you day, your gorgeous girl feeds herself really well & sleeps through the night! The baby stage can be hard, we can doubt ourselves etc (actually that doesn’t go as they get older) but we are all doing our best ❤️❤️
