My grand pa was an Irish beat cops in OTR back in the 30’s-70’s
      He loved being down there
He often told us stories of how he trusted the black community more than many of the coppers he knew.
He said on many an occasion he would be in a bad bad situation and the men who lived in the area would be who he trusted to have his back

Depends on what part of reading ...I almost feel like roselawn is worse than the actual city where reading runs into the JC. Or maybe it’s bc that’s by where I live. Too many shootings lately. It’s not safe at all. My 5 year old and I dodged bullets twice over the last summer. Once on the way back from a DR and once on our way out of city gear by Seymour n reading. I live on reading and avoid taking reading when possible..currently in process of moving due tf off reading

Depends on where you're at. Once you get into Homewood and other parts of the east side, Pittsburgh can be really rough. And then you cross over out of the city into Wilkinsburg, and it gets even worse.
Cincinnati has a lot of neighborhoods in the city that are rough, but most of the suburbs aren't too bad. Covington, Kentucky can be a little dangerous in some areas, and there are a few places north of Cincinnati that are a little rough around the edges.

I'm born and raised in Cincinnati. Cincinnati looks hood and rough in the video but trust me when I say Cincinnati was probably twice as bad in the early 2000s. The LL Cool J movie In Too Deep was based upon a true story here in the Nati. Cincinnati is home ❤

I'm sorry to burst your bubble homie but the movie N2deep was actually based on a drug dealer whose name was God, just like LL's character who was from Boston. The real cop who got in 2 deep turned crazy because he had genuine love for God(no pun intended) and was fucked up he had to do his job. I heard he used to walk his wolf 🐺 around the neighborhood and ended up committing suicide. My belief in why they used cincy instead of Boston is probably because the mayor probably didn't want to sign off on the production of a black movie because Boston racist like that. The mayor of any city has the last authority on whether he want a movie to be filmed in their city. But they let movies like the Town and the Departed happened in Boston 🙄 which are crime films smh. I'm about two blocks away from the area of Larimer known as "the hood." I've driven through and stopped at places in those areas at all hours of the night more times than I count, and I've never had any issues. I'd be lying if I said it is safe there, but generally speaking if you mind your business and act accordingly (not loud and flashy) then there isn't any issue 99.9% of the time. I wouldn't recommend taking a nighttime solo stroll on foot through some of these places though. No, people aren't out there headhunting looking to put a bullet in you just because you walked through, but if you are an outsider eventually you will run into someone who might check you or cause a problem.

Dems and Republicans, with all these millions of dollars sent to foreign countries for the stupidest things, America should never look like this, all the funds in the world to clean it up but rather give kickbacks to big businesses and friends foreign and domestic. Left n right both the same party

I've never been to Cincinnati or Pittsburgh be looking on Google Maps Pittsburgh looks better than Cincinnati the streets looks pretty rough had seen these cities numerous times still Pittsburgh doesn't look bad. Happy New Year Charlie and Be Careful especially with COVID having new strain now.
