It's a good breakfast or dinner other than the refined pasta. I don't have Raman very often because of diabetes but when I do, I use two eggs. Sometimes scrambled. Sometimes over easy. Sometimes I add an extra half cup of water to whisk the eggs and drizzle them into the noodles and water to make ramen egg drop soup. You can also stir grated cheese and a sprinkle of black pepper into the noodles and have a quick Mac & cheese. The ramen can also be used with spaghetti sauce and precooked meat balls for a quick spaghetti dinner. If anyone has other recipes, please share them.
