I was able to get into the SureStay Hotel on Surla Street and do a tour yesterday and this video will show the 2 different room sizes the rates they charge and the amenities offered at SureStay. This is a 56 room Hotel in the Heart of Angeles City with an open-air restaurant on site, a swimming pool and the rooms are updated and comfortable.
SureStay is only a 7 minute walk to the Entertainment District and a Night Life like no other in the Philippines! This location also offers other restaurants grocery stores pharmacies and just about everything you could need to make your stay in Angeles City an enjoyable one.

Back in the 1980s, you could feed two people for around 80 pesos, and a girl was 260, and the bar was 140, which was 300 total for a barfine. It's incredible seeing how inflation has hit there as well. I was stationed in NRTF Capus Tarlac in Marine security forces. Maybe some day I might visit there.
Inflation or because those prices were over 40 years ago?

Mid 70’s No bar fines, unless you left before closing. Martial law shut everything down at midnight. Bars closed at 11:30, girls took you home! P6.40-6.80 to a $. Foreigners owning the bars now…..

Stayed here for 1 week when my wife was getting medical. I would never stay here again. Our room safe wasn t bolted down. You could just pick it up. So could not leave anything in the room. Key holder was broken so couldn't t get power on. They taped it. Repeated ask for safe to be mounted. Never happened. But the worst thing about this hotel was the loud noise all night long. Since the rooms are set up all in walkway open air. When people came back after drinking they would stay in the walkways screaming and laughing. And the hotel did nothing to stop it for the other guests trying to sleep. So I will never go back. Pacific breeze is way better and if you pay cash the place is close to surestay price. And better location.

Extremely loud. Friends have multiple rooms so they stay on the balconies having fun. Of course they have been drinking so gets very loud. But security does nothing when we complain. Like your posts Chubs
You normally find those refrigerators with the glass doors are not actually any good
Central Park Hotel has them and I found them pretty useless at cooling anything
It’s probably a move by these hotels to force you to use the room service for drinks because the provided refrigerator/cooler is not fit for purpose 😁

Really Nice hotel inside, rooms and amenities. We stayed there for a week but only problem is at night Karaokes are none stop, kinda hard to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel under the previous owner, in the early 2000s , great location but is kinda on a dark street and dangerous to walk back from santos st., I only stayed 1 night because of the water, bad dirty water from the shower, my girl and I broke out in hives...I was told certain areas of angeles have bad water, as did Vian lodge..use to be located across from pacific breeze before its existence in the early 90s...I wouldn't risk stay there,,probably pipes and water source has been changed but still traumatized by the bad water, and hives.

i like Orchid Inn right in the heart of all the action and it has a private pool and courtyard, very nice set up 😁
you could stay at a nicer place like Central Park Tower or ABC as well, they will cater to your every need 👍😁

Hi sir Chad and Anne. Another Excellent review. However a safety box not secured and locked down, is not secure at all, and is an invitation to get ripped off. Not good. Voice your opinion to the owners ASAP as being constructive advice and edit your video to exclude that the safety box is Not locked down. I hope you understand me.
it doesnt seem to be an issue for the Hotel and i’m sure they hear about it from those with concerns..
i simply show you what the Hotel has to offer and pointed out that it was not secured; Guests can make their own call from here
