    i have both the hiokidt4281 and dt4282 both beautiful meters. i ran fluke and uni-t for a while but are much more impressed with the hioki meters havent looked back since and always recommending the hioki to every one.

      :) I have not used DT4282 much after the video. Probably I will upload the tear down video first.

    Nice review, congrats from Brazil..... after 10 years I'm going to buy my new multimeter, here Fluke 87V is more expensive than Hioki and similar to Keysight but support and warranty for FLuke is really nice here, I deal Fluke 87V.

    Why is more faster the yokogawa than Kyoritsu? If they are just same. What is general more faster, Hioki DT4282 or Yokogawa? really I like both.

      They say Hioki DT4282 is the fastest handheld in the world, in most of its functions.

    great video ^^
    and also i had a few question
    why the Hioki and the Yokogawa have some plugs on the A and mA plugs and is it possible to remove them ?
    and also at 6:29 you can see that the Kyoritsu and the Yokogawa don't have the same precision, the Kyoritsu shows two digits instead of the single one on the Yokogawa even though they are the same, i kinda find this strange but maybe they have multiple mesuring mode

      I can't have enough multimeters. It's always a nerve wrecking on my wife but I do it in furtive mode. Then later on she finds that I got ANOTHER multimeter but it's worth it. In the end she gets the money improvements 😁😁

      How does it compare to fluke and hioki?

  • @tookitogo
    @tookitogo 6 років тому +3

    Wait a sec… you can't measure ohms with multiple meters in parallel. Even the autorange speed will be affected since the competing test currents will mess with measurements and thus affect settling time.

    • @AkiraTsukamoto
      @AkiraTsukamoto  6 років тому +1

      Yes, I thought the same but I was too laze to make a jig. I am digital circuit person and initially was thinking to measure 10Kohn, 4.7Kohm or 3.3Kohm which I often use for pull up register. But then I need to make some jig to separate all the multmeters and turn on at the same time with relay or equivalent. When they are open loop, probably the current and the voltage from each multimeters are fighting each other. This is the reason I end up measuring the speed only on short. When they are shorted, assuming all the multimeters probably would be detecting the lowest value. I would like to make a jig some time. Thanks for the comment. I am happy to have any kind of comment right now. I started to become busy and not able to make videos recently.

      The fluke shows nice, but the display of the actual hioko looks better than it in the video. It is OK.
