- At least three people died in fresh incidents of violence that were reported in Manipur’s Bishnupur district late on Friday. The deceased are reportedly from the Meitei community in Kwakta area. In the fresh incidents of violence, several houses of the Kuki community were also burnt down. According to the Bishnupur Police, three people from the Meitei community have been killed while several houses of Kuki community were set on fire.

This is what they have been doing since may, sending a drone first, after knowing the current situation of nearby meitei village, they started firing. In anger the villagers asked the govt to protect them, not getting any help villagers started taking up arms, looted arms from government. And started protecting their own villages, firing back at the kukis whenever they fire to the villages.

Whether this is going to sound politically incorrect or not, the only solution to remedy the situation in Manipur is to control or put more restraint on the Kukis first. There is something pathologically savage, war-like about this tribe. No wonder the best doctors, engineers, academicians, professionals, etc are Meiteis. It seems they have dedicated the past 20, 30 years of your existence, since their landing in the Indian soil from Burma, to plotting and scheming against the Meiteis. My dear, when things get back to normal, although Meiteis have lost properties and lives, we still have our brains and hard working culture to rebuild ourselves. on the other hand, your drug money cannot buy doctors, teachers, etc. you'll have to work harder for those things to happen.
I would argue that the community who instigate rape and attack women and children would be more savage and unciviized. The one with the most casualty is always the attacker. Now, Meiteis give genuine news. My friend also told me that we shot down three and they also report three. Prior to this, our counting and the number they report is always different. The meitei usually report very very less casualty before. No wonder why they have many missing person now.
