I fixed one of my badly damaged pipes almost like this once back for my 1988 Honda CR250. I can't remember how much pressure I used, but I estimate about 20psi. The pipe is actually thin enough for a propane torch to be used, (no oxygen added). So I got the dent red holding the torch in my right hand, it started popping out, and when it was where I wanted it, I had a wet rag in my left hand to wipe it and instantly stop the material movement. Paint it with some exhaust pipe paint, and enjoy your restored power. Most things you do the first time do not turn out as well as you wanted, but this did. To me, that means it is a pretty easy process. This one came out nicely also.
Nicely demonstrated. I like your adjustable closures. A tip you might try- heat the outside rim of the dent and work your way to the center with the heat. You may be pleasantly surprised. It removes the dent in the reverse order it formed. This releases pressure in perfect order and goes smoothly.
i guess Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a way to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my login password. I love any tricks you can give me
@Ares Vincent i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Lots of kids with a lot of thinking they know but this is how its done! If your unsure of yourself with a torch practice until you can handle this? Nice job polish it reinstall and 5 gear wheelies!!
Now for all of you kids that are going to try this at home if you put too much air pressure in that pipe and gear it up like that it becomes a bomb it's best you leave it to the professionals
Zou je 2 uitlaten voor mij kunnen uitdeuken ? Zijn uitlaten van een gt750. Het materiaal is dikker als een crossmotor uitlaat dus vraag me af als dit lukt.

That is the correct way to get rid of pipe dents! Until you are set up like this and have the feel dont even waste your time with map gas! Nice job!!

Click Bait lol
= 60 psi
struguen machuken bahen LOL! 60psi
Very good idea…i will try it myself 👍
If you do this on a work pipe, is there a way to get back to the original color or are you stuck with the blue color after applying heat?
Now for all of you kids that are going to try this at home if you put too much air pressure in that pipe and gear it up like that it becomes a bomb it's best you leave it to the professionals
Joseph Guerra that's right, if you don't know what you're doing it can go seriously wrong. So be save👍🏻
Joseph Guerra use water not air because water won't turn it into a bomb
I'm 15 just fixed mine
Very impressive. Are you using propane?
Very interesting
Zou je 2 uitlaten voor mij kunnen uitdeuken ? Zijn uitlaten van een gt750. Het materiaal is dikker als een crossmotor uitlaat dus vraag me af als dit lukt.
Its very good technology! I have one question! How much bar in the exhaut? Thanks for answer! :)
Dávid Kovács 2,5 bar
Nicely done. 👍 Just wish I knew what you were saying...
Not a bad idea I'd worry I'd pop a hole in it Ive had that problem Tig welding seal tubes and air pressure builds up from the heat and pops a hole
how many bars of pressure do you put in?
2,5 bar!
In my experience, I ended up having to use 130-150psi, only because the plugs I made were leaking..LoL But worked out perfect in the end!
That Looked Exhausting
bruh....
How much psi?
About 38
Nondeyeunnnn, materiaol!!!
They use (PE) psi over there.
