Currently I am pursuing pg in chemistry and I wish to do a PhD but I don't know how to select a suitable topic. I was very much interested in organic chemistry and wanted to work in an industrial lab in future. Would you suggest me what to do further ..?

Hi! Is it possible for you to gain some experience in a research lab which researches a topic you are interested in? It is good to get some research experience in the area so you can decide if you like it or not. It is also important to choose a topic you are very interested in as you will need to stay motivated for 3+ while completing your PhD so you should be interested in what you are researching.
