That’s the sweetest sound I’ve ever heard🤣
Facts 😩💯
BEAST
SUPERRRRRRRR
FELL IN LOVE WITH IT too.
THANKS
My 2021 tow and go with the SRT exhaust sounds amazing
Good buy my friend! Ive got the normal R/T version and the brakes are horrible i must say! Im going straight for SRT brakes uprgade and exhaust from aftermarket.
Have this on my 18 rt. Absolutely love it! You guys should add a mid throttle acceleration video. The bark it makes between shifts is major selling point
I'd love to hear this before I buy it. Any chance you can post it?
@@boliviamericano don't have a way of recording other than holding my phone. But trust me it sounds awesome.
Just put a full cat back system on 2011 Durango 5.7. Diablo tuned and K&N intake. This exhaust REALLY opened it up and sounds bad ass! Highly recommend!
Hey mister, did you have any check engine lights with exhaust?
You like the catback better than this S type
No issues in any way with engine lights or install. Very simple to install.
Would recommend the cat back system
@@jonkootstra5731 installing mine tmr
Your gonna love it. It will change the vehicle and the way you drive. Be prepared to spend more on fuel though cause your gonna be on the throttle lol
I NEED ASAP
Plz do a atk exhaust for it
I like the stock better imo. I want a low aggressive rumble.. not load popping like a I have a Lamborghini.. I still love Borla tho
Even stock it sounds good wtf!?
Yes, yes it does
I love it
MOPAR
yes but.. not as good as you might want it to sound... also me personally i would love to have the option to oper or close valves because when the sound is the same on eco mode and sport mode and you hear it loud even when u dont want to.. its getting boring. Also when you want it to be SUPER loud its not... thats why custom exhaust is the way :)
How long have you guys been in Oxnard?
great sound Borla make the S type for my 2017 Grand Cherokee overland V8 hemi please before I buy a corsa.
OptimusBob119 did that void you Warranty
Bruce Banner I wish they make it for my truck mine is still stock.
Do u know if it will void my warranty after installing
LIZ MORALES It won’t
Can you update the app
Nice! Will you have a Atak system coming for the Durango SRT?
Hello. Thank you for your interest! We do plan on offering a system for the Durango SRT.
Borla Performance Industries that is great to hear! Thank you for the quick reply.
Borla Performance Industries which exhaust is better for a daily drive? And what is it that make the exhaust crackle and pop sound? Thanks
HEMI
S-Type sounds great on the Durango R/T. Couple of questions. Will it fit on a 2018 Durango? . Will you make the ATAK model exhaust for the Durango? Will you make exhaust for the Durango SRT? Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out! We have not test fitted the system on a 2018 Durango so we do not know yet. As of right now, we do not plan on offering an ATAK sound level for this vehicle. And yes, we are planning on making a system for the Durango SRT. Thanks!
I ordered the S-Type for my 2018 Durango R/T, and will have it installed between this week and the next. I can notify y'all how it fits when I get it done.
j.riefkohl Did you get it installed?
I did, fits perfectly and sounds even better than I imagined.
@@j.riefkohl1965 so do u have a video of it?? I'm debating wether to do Mopar or the Borla system on my Durango RT.. Would like some feed back
That runs you like $1500?
Is this the only one available for my 2023 dodge durango rt 5.7L?
Hi! Correct, the S-Type is the only sound level that we offer for the Durango 5.7L.
I just bought a 2019 dudrango RT, where can I get this system from?
Thank you for your interest! I will give you the link to our system. I recommend ordering from our distributors as they will have the better deal with free shipping in the U.S. You can find links to some of our distributors on our product page. Bro did you buy it and are you satisfied with the sound? I just bought a 2019 rt myself.
Just came home with a 2020 blacktop top RT with a 5.7 and in stock configuration it does not sound like your stock configuration
Lol I just got a 2019 black top. Definately not that loud stock.
THANK YOU!!
Can you put this on a v6 durango
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, this will not work on the V6 Durango. Sorry about that.
Thanks
Fucking I was gonna scare my ma wit this
How many decibels does this put out?
Look up exhaust addicts on utube the have a few videos of the Durango on there
Is there a Borla Atak for Durango?
We are working on an ATAK version. Stay Tuned!
Borla Performance Industries ok great, I just traded in my 6.2l LT1 Gen6 Camaro for a Durango 5.7l the stock exhaust isn’t cutting it. What is the major diff between the S-type & Atak again? I used to have ATAk on a prior car years ago.
I apologize. I saw this comment and mistakenly thought that it was on our recently posted Durango SRT video. Unfortunately, we are not planning to offer the ATAK for the Durango R/T. I'm sorry for my confusion.
Borla Performance Industries ok, so S-type only for the 5.7L & Atak will only be offered for the 6.4L... :(
Would this void any warranties?? Would this cause the check engine light to come on??
This system will not void your warranty or cause a check engine light to go on.
For anyone who installed this with a warranty. Did it void your warranty because I want to get one.
A simple cat back will not void your warranty. But if you go beyond That and do like midpipes and stuff it will void your warranty.
Will it work on a Durango v6?
Yes, this system will also work for the Durango 3.6L!
Will this fit a 2022 RT?
Yes, it will fit a 2022 Durango R/T.
I have two questions how does it sound in comparison to an srt exhaust? Also anyway to get the tips black?
Hi. The S-Type for the Durango SRT is going to be a bit louder and more aggressive. Unfortunately, we only offer this system with chrome tips.
@@borla I meant how does the borla s-type on a Durango rt sound in comparison to a factory srt exhaust?
This Cat-Back system will be slightly louder and deeper in tone than the stock exhaust of the Durango SRT.
Will I need tunning?
Will I get any MIL codes?
Hello! You do not need a tune for our exhaust system and you will not get a CEL or MIL from our Cat-Back.
Thanks
@@robertochavez8383 kinda late but you won't get a code from a cat back exhaust at all. Shouldn't need a tune either. The gains probably won't be worth the money.
I need for my Durango how can I get?
Hi! We recommend ordering from one of our dealers as they are typically about 10% off of MSRP. We will give you a link to the system. Following the link will take you to our product page where you will find links to some of our authorized dealers.
Here's the link: www.borla.com/products/dodge-durango-cat-back-exhaust-system-140449
Whats the price on it?
Hello. Thank you for your interest! MSRP is $1,413.99, but if you order from one of our distributors you will get a better deal as they are usually about 10% off with free shipping in the US. You will find links to some of our distributors in the product page.

Instead of polished tips can I order black ones
Hello. Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately, this system is only available in polished tips.
Not sure which of them both I prefer, borla is a bit better but at the same time a small bit too "fart can" to my liking...
My RT must be broken bcuz it doesn't sound this good stock
I swear I said the samething
I’m not a fan of the stock sound
no one is
Sounds raspy, tin can. I think it’s your camera/mic equipment?
That buzz at the end of the rev does not sound good at all, pass
Sounds like trash in person. I took mine off within 24 hours they need to make an Atak for the R/T like they did the SRT Durango
Bro are you serious? I was getting ready to order mine for Christmas.🤦🏽
@@1onsight852 yes the newer Borla S-Type doesn't have resonators in place where the suitcase/mid muffler is. It causes it to drone at low speeds and anytime the MDS system kicks in. A guy on the Dodge Durango group on facebook said the Borla Atak that is made for the SRT bolted up to his R/T with no issues and has no drone. Mainly due to that system having resonators. So if you go that route be prepared to spend about 700 more compared to the Borla S-Type. You have Corsa and the Mopar performance catback as bolt on alternatives as well. If you are on a budget you can also get the Blastin Bobs resonated axlebacks they have a few different setups and they are just cut and clamped into place with the factory exhaust
@@SirManny4 Just bought a used 2017 RT last week with the Borla S type. It does drone at low speeds even with the Eco mode off. I have not driven in sport mode yet. Still not enough to deter me from grinning ear to ear. Is there a way to remedy the drone on the cheap?
@@Omek1972 not that I have found. I put the Borla Atak meant for the SRT Durango on my R/T and never looked back. Great sounding exhaust with zero drone.
How about you guys stop playing around and make some more. 5 week wait is kind of ridiculous, Corsa is looking better as each day goes by.
