Just hopped in to say I never tried any korean food before but bibimpab is now in my top home-made meals thanks to you Michelle! I'm such a terrible cook and used to hate the kitchen but I'm slowly starting to like it and you inspire me to feed myself properly and cook my own meals. Your lifestyle is such an inspiration! @@Erika-xp5nr from what I can see the one she cooked is a base of white rice, some slices of beef similar to kbbq, kimchi, soybean sprout, nappa cabbage (raw or blanched maybe ?) in a bowl, then add gochujang, sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce, with an avocado on the side

Haha, I got Gentle Monster sunglasses in Korea, and the sales rep so kindly asked if I wanted nose grips on my glasses. He could tell I didn't have a nose bridge and they were slipping off :'), I didn't know those things existed and it's been such an amazing upgrade to my sunglasses!
The shot of the sunrise made me so happy. I'm from Cali (Bay Area), but moved to Cambridge, MA for grad school and I feel like the sunsets here don't hit like they do on the west coast... but hey, maybe the sunrises are better :o
