    Great first impressions. So many others obviously didn't touch the settings and were underwhelmed by the responsiveness. The suspension sounds like the best choice for off road confidence too.

    I was waiting for an in-debt review from a reviewer w/ diverse experience of many brands. I am impressed that it has more torque than the Patton. This changes my delaying in purchasing, because Marty’s botched demo kind of killed my excitement.
    This will probably be my last Inmotion, because they axed Bob Yan. Bob was the only guy that was willing to change the narrative of Inmotion being just a safe brand.
    Oh yeah, will this channel test its claims of being waterproof?
    Thx and Happy Holidays

      @AfeezKayeRIDES  8 місяців тому +1

      Thank you for your comment. The torque differences are not that huge but when the v14 is set up properly, it has noticeably more torque. But they all have ( Extreme, Patton and V14) humongous amount of torque than more people need. Testing the IP ratings. In terms of testing the IP rating, will think about it. I think Jack from electric dreams UA-cam channel has already tested that.

    • @AfeezKayeRIDES
      @AfeezKayeRIDES  8 місяців тому +4

      The Lynx and V14 are different types of wheels. Inmotion V14(16/18 inch), the Lynx (20 inch) The Lynx has a bigger wheel diameter, and different suspension system, not to mention it is more expensive. Different class of wheel. Lynx is probably more comparable to the Begode Master in size or the upcoming GT Pro from
      ExtremeBull..

    • @johnnygovroom
      @johnnygovroom 8 місяців тому +5

      I think that you hit the nail on the head, Master, GT pro, and Lynx are all a class of hyper light wheel, gtpro being the heavier , but still far lighter than the M.Pro
      So , yeah comparing a "trail" wheel to a "Hyper-Lite" wheel is a little silly

      Got mine last week. First time rider. I'm 59Years old, 6ft 2in and weigh 238 Lbs. Started with the v14 because of the waterproofing and torque. Figured buy a nice EUC and not outgrow it for a while. I've been riding with my son for 1 week ( who also has only been riding for a week on his v14) and it's a lot of fun. We ride off road, paved and gravel roads. 7 miles to our local lake where there are some hills 35+deg and it goes up and down them with no issue. My son weighs 155 Lbs and after riding for 2 hours I had only 6% less battery than he had. I figured there would be a larger difference because of our weight difference. NOTE: We are both newbies and still getting all our safety gear in so we have the V14's set to a max speed of 20 MPH.

    Dont doubt at all that the v14 is fun. Heck even my lesser (& much cheaper) T4 is super fun & playful (atleast compared with my ex30) so I would assume all the new 16" are fun. That said, there must be other specific & well defined reasons for choosing this over any of the others or otherwise, its just a number. We need a more indepth comparo with all the competitors eg accel, braking, suspension etc before any verdict can be had. IMO ofcos

      @AfeezKayeRIDES  8 місяців тому +1

      Thank you for your comment. It’s about getting the time to do the in-depth comparison that is the issue, I will have to make time in the future 😅 Hence why this video is just my initial feedback. The V14 is by no means the perfect wheel.

    • @AfeezKayeRIDES
      @AfeezKayeRIDES  8 місяців тому +2

      It depends on what suspension ‘feel’ you require. The suspension travel is sufficient for a sporty feel and it hardly ever bottoms out.

    I have the V11Ywhen I set power assist to anything more than 25 the pedals dip forward on acceleration it doesn't feel like it accelerates any faster it's just very soggy feeling in the pedals.
    Is that normal for a higher acceleration power assist setting?
