  • The new Ford Super Duty was released for 2023 and is chock full of torque and towing tech, whether you pick an F-250, F-350 or F-450! We spent a week with a loaded 2023 Ford F-350 #SuperDuty in bougie Limited trim, but it was ready to work. The 6.7L #PowerStroke High Output diesel has new hardware and a tune to produce 1,200 lb-ft of torque and 500 horsepower. New this year on Super Duty, Pro Trailer Hitch Assist and Smart Hitch with onboard scales to tell you if you're over payload or over axle weight. We tested this #F350 to see if that tech was worth it while towing Jake's enclosed racecar trailer a few hours away from home.

Really cool to see clever technology aids to help people who don't know how to set up a load.

Great Review! I love all your detailed reviews of tow vehicles. Towing the trailer averaging 14.9 mpg isn’t bad either.

Thanks, glad you like 'em! Definitely not bad mileage for this truck with this trailer; obviously it'd be worse if towing heavier.

Great idea to show the hitch assist process fully - so many reviews mention these features but can never demonstrate how they function.

Nice truck, I’m sorry if I missed it but what is the price of that truck as tested?

Such incredible tech, though I feel for my purposes it’s not super useful. We might be near peak pickup in that regard as I feel there are diminishing returns for all this R&D investment.

Are you deleting comments? I see you responded to mine, yet the entire comment is gone? Interesting.

Nope, didn't delete yours but not showing up here either. Weird. It's possible that UA-cam found the original comment (not yours) that was part of that thread to be inappropriate in some way and auto-deleted, which would have deleted the entire thread.
Happy to have any sort of discourse about why an org focused on LGBTQ car enthusiasts exists; the gist of the other reply was that creating space in a community that is typically seen - fairly or not - as primarily for straight white guys is something that's been very well-received in general. People like to see people who look like them doing the things they want to do, representation matters.
We host events in-person (at racetracks and back-roads rallies) as well, again connecting enthusiasts who want to simply exist as they are and not be stared at or ostracized as so often happens. The simple act of saying "my husband" when recounting a story at cars & coffee - where you might say "my wife" - can draw eye-rolls and worse. It's not about "who we sleep with" as your initial comment mentioned, but a bigger picture of who we all want to meet, love, and build lives with. We're not just sex objects, after all.
So that's why we're making thumbnails that have the progress pride flag colors on them and why our channel name is what it is. We never will be the biggest channel on UA-cam and that's fine. Not the goal. Making space, being visible, and showing others that yes, you can be gay and into cars is what we're doing. It's what a lot of us could've used when we were younger and didn't have.

@@OutMotorsports I get it, well sort of. I live in the woods, a very nice and quiet community up here in the Alleghenies. My neighbor, of five or so years, is gay. We both like working out in the woods and often share equipment to do such work. My wife and I (and several others out here) enjoy dinner and drinks with him and his husband. On occasion (a few too many times probably) we drink too much and travel down the “real talk” road. A road that’s always respectful, but most topics are covered thoroughly. Anything from politics to other “why” questions. Sometimes they have guests over who happily engage in and enjoy our conversations.
A simple conversation of note was around flying a pride flag versus the U.S. flag at our cabins. There’s another gay couple in our community that fly the pride flag at their place. One evening I asked our neighbors why they fly the U.S. flag and not a pride flag. They both explained basically the same thought where they explained that in order to be treated “like anyone else” why would they try to separate themselves from everyone else. They explained the “pride flag” is not only a “look at us” symbol, but it has also gone way off the tracks over the past several years.
Anyway, I could go on and on … good guys and great neighbors. I just don’t understand why we continue to put ourselves into groups based on our differences. I suppose nothing’s really going to change while we live under labels. You do you and best wishes with your channel.
