I'm sure Corey appreciated all the closeups of his rapidly greying head. To paraphrase Ethel Mertz in the axe-murderess episode, "Notice how GREY his hair is?"
I honestly think Telephone Paul just needs someone to talk to, and I do feel sympathy for him. No way that many phone calls are necessary over the same record. I'm ashamed to admit I've never listened to Pot Luck, but he has me curious and now I think I'm going to get a copy.
I agree. I think he needs some help. I used to work in a record shop and there were certain individuals I helped for a long time and it was the chat they needed. I got ridiculed at times by my boss along with the fact you are running a business and (often) these kinda people hardly ever bought anything anyway. Hope that's not too much of a sweeping generalisation.
That huge speaker looks like the perfect spot for a 70's drug kingpin to hide his wares lol. Getting some serious Boogie Nights vibes 😁 These Record Store vids always make my day!
The best part of the video is when Corey puts the phone down and goes over to the other side of the store to price records!! Thanks for bringing us another episode from the record store!
Okay....I'm doing it....I was one who never has heard or had POT LUCK.....but that's it!!!!!! I'm getting the damned thing asap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pot Luck it is !!!! Arrrrgghhh!!! Cheers Matt
hi joe, another funny and entertaining record store video with all the great characters around. telephone paul was really on his game today, he doesn't give up! love these record store videos and they always give me a laugh. thanks joe for posting! rob
Joe does Joe the store owner have a Ebay account ? i see a lot of nice stereo equipment i would like to get. i heard you mention before that he sales merchandise online.
Hi Joe where is this store im coming to New york for the first time in april and im a Music collector cds mostly im coming all the way from Australia im staying in times Square can i get to that store from there let me Know
Hey Joe, telephone Paul was born afflicted with no sense of humor or irony. There should be a telethon. Maybe Don should move in with Paul. Problem solved. I have been looking for Gorilla by the Bonzo Dog Band for years. Someday I'll find one. I gotta go to the check cashing place now. Take care...
I love this, but that poor guy in the background is just trying to pick his records in peace and he's hearing all this background babble about subs and potluck records lol.
Bob Walker - Oh, you silly person. I have a channel, thus I look for content to make videos on - and many viewers identify with the Rants and find them funny. (Also, my "life isn't perfect" response to Stephanie Hayner was just a quick retort for a laugh).
I'd love to see more of these types of video. Great atmosphere with some good laughs.

Enrico Sanchez - Corey doesn't care.
@@MeanMrMayo All those Pot Luck calls is probably what caused it.
The Bonzos are my favourite band of all time being a fan 50 years and counting all their records are so good I am a big shot!

@@jupitermadcat It's so so.

Michaels Vinyls - I am pretty sure he doesn't sell equipment online.
@@MeanMrMayo thanks your record store is awesome ! I would spend money there every payday. I wish he sold Vinyl online.
Thanks for this recordstorevideo, great to see it.
Now i understand the title suddenly, it’s from simon and garfunkel
Just Paul Simon as solo artist.
Enjoyed that video very much - If I had to put up with Telephone Paul I would go crazy - Seems quite the character - I am still laughing.

I love watching your channel... but I must say that the record store visits are my favorite. With and without 'Antony'
Silly Paul... POT LUCK is for Rabbits, or something like that...
Another classic, Joe.

This is better than any sitcom on TV. I liked the stereo equipment they had, maybe next time ask about price etc..
Like it when Corey has a drink at the end after Telephone Paul's troubles. Geez you need one after that.
The guy on the phone reminds me of Teddy from Bob's Burgers.
Those JBL are nice ...old vintage early 60s....
I love this, but that poor guy in the background is just trying to pick his records in peace and he's hearing all this background babble about subs and potluck records lol.
Stephanie Hayner - Well, life isn't perfect.
Thats right!
If anything that guy had a story to tell when he went home.
