I can't express to you how happy to be virtually hanging out with all of you knuckleheads; it does make me jealous that you have a community like that right in your area, and I am looking forward to seeing some of these characters in a few months when I come back to visit.
This was a great record store video. It's like tuning into my favorite TV show. You get to know all the characters involved. I would've liked those Macca albums but not with the soil all over them. Thanks for sharing your visit to the store!
hi joe, love these record store videos and the whole gang was there! looks like everyone had a fun time and some good socializing among vinyl friends. these videos always put me in a good mood! rob
You got some good stuff at the store . And a very nice package as well . Glad to see Ed and Don . But most importantly the badge !!! :}. good video thanks for doing it !!!
Yeowch Joe! Next time, don’t try to open a package with a large knife while holding a phone. I use either a pair of scissors or a smaller kitchen knife to open the packages. That reminds me. I’ll have to donate my blood for a new research and get paid $35 for it! Lol! I hope you got those McCartney records. Shame the owner did not take care of them well. Nice Beatles record that was in that package. I’m glad Joe the record store owner got the badge back for the Shea Stadium suit. Talk to you later Joe!
Hey Joe, I hope the record store is heavily insured after letting you use that knife without watching a corporate training film. So did you pass on the Macca LP's? I still need both of those, although I now have the black vinyl version of Memory Almost Full on pre-order. So I guess there is such a thing as a free lunch. Take care...
Tim Allen - Yeah Tim, I passed on the Macca LPs. I cleaned the covers up nicely, but the owner still wanted waaayyy too much money even though they weren't tip-top.
That guy with the white hair and the high-pitched voice and the older, homeless-looking guy were scary. I hope you weren't intimidated too much by them. I wouldn't hang around either one of them. (This is Tom, Sandra's husband.) It was neat to hear a snippet of "Shaving Cream' by: Benny Bell in this video. I used to have that record, myself. A loooonngg time ago.

Beatlevinyl85 - Hi Marv. Turns out he still wanted a ton of $$ for those records even though they were not in top shape. So I didn't buy them.
MeanMrMayo So in other words, Joe still wants a 3 digit amount for the Paul Records.
another fine video...........

Maybe he ate a flaming pie listening to the records. 1000 is not overdone. I tossed all my Cosby albums.
Mayo's got a new record store vid? I can't click fast enough! Btw, your buddy Tony is a dead ringer for Robert Blake.

Allan C Records - I prefer not to know for sure.
