Mitch did actually say something about 5-10years in that vid. So yes just about any able bodied gent who put the effort to try and hit that weight and are prepared to put a bit of mass on. Don't see why most couldn't. I'm no where near😢
Given Loz pure love for the sport I think Fabulous was appropriate. He was probably thinking beautiful.
lets put it real about lifting 600lbs that is about 42 stone a Giant Haystakes 6foot 11 inches weight or a Yokazuna about 6 foot five weight. which is possible as many people have lifted both of those people Pat Roach was one that did that and many others as weight So realistically if a person trained for a year could lift 500lbs about 272 KG.

Martins is done, and has been for a while. Actually since his WSM win in 2019, he's been very spotty, except for his win at 2021 Rogue Invitational, his win at 2022 ASC, and 2nd place at 2022 WSM. He hasn't done jack in 3 years now, and he can't recover from his arthritis in his shoulder and wear and tear on his body. Fully retiring now would be best.
