      Spot on, the trick is knowing the point where movement back and forth is actually tearing a seized fixing

    Hi Richard the hardest bit for me was getting the shuttle out to start with! Any tips?

      Bung up one of the outlets in the blind end of the PDWA, use an air gun on the other and catch it in a towel. This style the shuttle is free to move, some of the land rover types hold the shuttle in place using 2 circlips which are removed through the centre switch hole.. I tend to find them a world more difficult
