SHIP LOADING SPOUT

Ship loading spouts are commonly utilised for dust free loading of granular and powdered bulk solid materials into bulk carrier ships. Polimak's latest product, the ship loading spout (telescopic loading chute or bellow) is a dust free loading equipment that guarantees swift, efficient and dust controlled discharge of bulk solid materials (Sulfur and Petroleum coke) into ships.We have successfully installed a new feature at the lower end of the loading spout, the 360 degrees rotating spoon which ensures optimized loading.
The telescopic loading chute also commonly known as the loading bellow has the inner tapered cones which provide steady material flow and the outer flexible bellow which aids with the removal of dust. The primary idea behind the functionality of the chute is the vertical discharge of the materials. Firstly, the loading bellow is lowered from its initial position towards the carrier ship. The bellow has adjustible discharge heights to permit its extension into the carrier ship during the initial loading to avoid material spillage and gradually raises to optimal heights for continued ship filling. When loading begins, the bulk solid material is conveyed to the bellow's inlet and free falls from the inlet to the supply point. The bulk solid materials are easy transferred through the telescopic loading chute to the carrier ship. The lifting cables responsible for lowering and raising of the sytem are situated outside the material flow to reduce wear. Height adjustment of the loading spout is achieved with the help of the mechanical winch. Typically, the production of telescopic spouts is dependant its application.
