I use to fold my clothes, but now since I have to fit my own clothing into a suitcase along with my brothers (whose take up a lot more space because he needs more since he is younger), I roll them using the army rolling method to make them super tight and small to save space. And I organize them all in a way I can see them all
@@TravelingTayler it is definitely a pain when It comes to certain items of clothing like shorts and sometimes you’ve packed all you need and have extra space so you just put extra in to take up space, lol
If the bag is weighed down when clothes are rolled fitting in less, wouldn't it be heavier with clothes folded and having more? I'm very interested in finding ways to pack more in less space because it's just me & my two little girls so traveling with less bags is ideal. I'm just confused on how the folding helps with the weight.
You said that your bag was weighing you down. You refolded everything which means you had the same weight with more room to make the bag even heavier? I don’t get it.
Fair! I had to cut it shorter for YT, but the KonMari method has you go through & get rid of stuff. Which I did first. THEN I compared rolling to folding. & have been folding in the KonMari style ever since.

Of course it is up to the person themselves how they’d like to pack
Yes I’ve heard good things about the Army method!

Packing clothes in vacuum sealed pouches will give you more space in your suitcase
But packing the vacuum so you can get home uses up the saved space.
That’s insane. Just put your stuff in packing cubes and unpack at your destination.
Just send me to the looney bin then 🤪
I thought you would show the konmari method in part 2 or 3 but it was all about rolling... Kinda disappointed
