I m so sorry that you have such a severe astma. I have pollen allergy as well and it causes me headaches and chest pains as I can literally sneeze several hours non-stop if I don't take my meds in time. But fortunately, it's just seasonal and I try to control it as much as I can

I use a fabric mask and it is better than the paper ones for my asthma. But there are still times I will feel my breathing changing and struggling and I take it off and usually keeps me from ending up with a full blown attack. But if I wait it sets off. Just be very mindful of how youre breathing when it's on and any little struggle pull it down.

I have swapped to a fabric mask recently as per doctor’s advice too! Managed to get an exception for wearing masks but I still want to protect everyone else around me too...I have been given a different inhaler, a step up from my regular ones so fingers crossed it will work out! Hi I really like the new vlog format! I was wondering how did you converted your mirabilia and dimensions pattern for saga? 🤔 I try for pattern keeper by scanning my chart but it did not work

I use an app called SAGA and get converted patterns from Russian cross stitch sites xx
