As more evidence and witness info is collected, cases are built. These cases are built to withstand and prevail. When a Grand Jury is involved, it is a different, more time consuming process, as well. Trump creates his own comeuppance, deep and wide. He's gotten away with his harms in the past, but he cannot out lawyer or outspend the Federal Govt.
