This is def gonna be a new goal of mine is to complete a clean rep of these khaotic push ups. I havent tried them yet but b4 the end of the week im gonna be all over these! i am 59 and lean. Good flexibility for my age. I can do these but cannot quite get that full stretch to feet across the body. Certaily cannot do them with the speed of these younger folks. Otherwise, I can do about 10- 15 of these in a session with breaks in between a few. I can do 50-100 one or two-pump burpees in a session spread over sets. But these Khaotic push ups do challenge my flexibility on that one move.
Shout out to That's Good Money and Khaos and the whole Mantime Calisthenics movement...much love from the 757!! I've been incorporating this whole routine (all 5 sets) at least once a week for the past couple weeks into my calisthenics workouts...GAME CHANGER
This man is a legend in the workout world, because it's the very best pushups combination I have ever seen. It's one workout that'll challenge anyone no matter their fitness level. You must surely break sweats 😂, yeah you heard me - must. Big ups to the inventor.

Yes you are a hater The point of calisthenics is to push balanced strength throughout the body Doesn't matter how heavy you start with, everyone is working against gravity the same You can argue about how much strength isolated arms or legs need to hold up 200 lbs but both gymnastics and calisthenics are going to need the same amount of hard work put in to match that core strength for the routines

15 Reps = 150 push ups. Broken down 5 reps rest. 4 reps rest. 3 reps rest. 2 reps rest. 1 rep finished.
WITHOUT QUESTION the best push-up routine created. Now, I'm doing the double up like Ms. Naima with 10 pull-ups after each rep. Lord Jesus.

it's definitely different to do it at 140 and at 200 but you can't deny both case requires hard works to achieve that level
