Seems like the new policy could lead to increased INAD claims and request for discount refunds. “You said it was good but it’s obviously fair. I want some money back.” It’s either new or used. A good seller would add details and pictures.
Completely agree!!…additionally it say buyer shows and describes ALL imperfections. This is easy to suggest the seller overlooked something and they side with the buyer.
In regards to taxes when numbers are discussed how do you account for unsold items. Example all the monies spent on sourcing stuff that hasn't sold yet by the end of the year what do you do. Is that a loss? business expense? Maybe you can discuss it in the video for January.
I also had a customer who claimed that a new set of clippers did not come with all of the parts even though the box was sealed. I told them to request a return label through eBay I would pay for the shipping. They never shipped the item back. eBay released the funds back to me. They disputed the transaction with their credit card company and won. The money did not come out of my account. eBay paid them. I think I was protected because I am in the top seller category. But once again some of these buyers are so cringey!

@@SohoPosh No it is going to INCREASE those! I was wondering if your strap was decorative? I know a lot of people like to use them for their cross-body purses. If that wasn’t it, it could be that they needed a larger strap for a beloved pair of binoculars and they didn’t want to keep someone else from being able to buy the ones you had. Hi Justin! Tuning in from Canada. We really appreciate your wealth of knowledge. We started reselling on eBay in September. We started with strong sales and were actually very surprised at how “easy” it was. Fast forward to the last month and a half and our sales have absolutely tanked. It started with the Canada Post strike and sales just haven’t recovered. We are meeting our listing goals, ending and re-listing listings older than 30 days, promoting our listings, offering free shipping on some items, and free returns on everything in our store. AND we are still sourcing what I believe to be quality items. Are we plagued by the algorithm? Any advice on what else we could try? We are very motivated to make reselling work for us, but it’s feeling impossible right now. Happy New Year to you and your family!
Thank you for being such a real person. I appreciate your common sense as well as your sense of humor. I've learned a lot from your videos and I am.also a Flipwise user. Merry Christmas to you and your family and the dogs too!
Most items you purchase new from shops these days come with dangling & loose threads.....Pre-Loved Good condition according to ebay 😂 I hope we can bulk update, I'm in Australia so will let you know!
Justin- thanks for doing all you do to help the eBay reselling community. I am relatively new but just started following you and using flipwise recently. Flipwise is awesome and I’m glad I found it. I did have one question or maybe a suggestion. Would it be possible to add a field in the sold item details for the state of the buyer? I want to track where a majority of my buyers come from to look for item and shipping cost trends. I am currently toggling back and forth between my store and flipwise to get this info but having it with all the other sold item details would be very helpful. Thanks again for everything!
Fun fact. After watching your videos for the last month I decided to opt into the $4.95 monthly eBay store hoping it would boost my sales. I subscribed at 7:30 pm, went to put my kids to bed and came back to my phone showing 7 sales had processed. I was shocked. That was over the course of an hour. I was averaging 1-2 sales per day over the last two weeks. It’s been slow. Real slow. I was hoping the new store would help boost my sales and it immediately helped me. I do price fairly, I opt into 2% marketing on every listing. Nothing changed except I paid eBay money and promised to pay them for a year. 😂
Hi Justin, I sold those same pencils a few weeks ago. Was a killer find. I sold 5 #3 Mongol pencils in the box for $14.89+shipping! Take Care...Happy Holidays 🎄
Interesting to hear you say “ under value” I was once being trained in a factory job and my trainer said. “ when asked how long a job will take, always under estimate, when you come in early, you are remembered “ 😊 I still use the philosophy.
That was also Scotty’s advice on Star Trek: "The secret, sir, is to give yourself a reputation as a miracle worker and then always overestimate your repair times. That way, you'll look good when you finish faster."
I think also the main reason with UA-camrs not sharing their stores is to avoid a jealous competitor to buy something and then intentionally leave a negative feedback to arm metrics.
Hi Justin, really appreciate your approach and content - is it possible to please make a video going over Ebay payments - you sell something, fees charged, promoted fee charged, adjustment made? postage and then get a payment and it does not seem to make sense. Think a lot of viewers might benefit from it, seems no one covers it.
The 50% refund option is something I’ve definitely utilized before, but it’s not as great as it seems. eBay keeps all of your selling fees associated with the transaction if you make any deductions on the refund
I set no returns on my listings Always. Been doing this for over 25 years on eBay. still have 100% positive feedback. If there is an issue I givea full refund immediately and let the customer keep the item even if the item is a $90 sale as happened this month. Ebay recently changed my preset no returns to seller pays return within 30 days (without my knowledge) and I found I was getting frivolous returns. I sell CDs mostly (about 60% of sales) and it seemed people were buying CDs and saving to digital then returning or just didn't like the music they chose and returned it. That is why unless ebay does something I am not aware of I never set returns on. Frankly, I don't care a bit if I lose some sales because I am very happy with my sales level as it is. For me this is not about money primarily, it is something to do, have fun, earn some money while doing it, and getting pleasure from providing superior customer service and superiior product... doing business the way I feel it should be done. No stress, no obsessing about getting the last dime, none of that.
Merry Christmas, Justin and family! I have been so blessed by your videos as well as Flipwise. I now have the confidence to I make it with Ebay this time. Thank you so much for taking the time and having the patience to put out content that really matters and cuts my fretting in half. God bless you and your family in the New Year!
What’s troubling about the “condition” change is that buyers will be able to search for “used excellent” if they choose to and if you use “used good” in your listings thinking that’s a safe zone, your items won’t even be seen and sales will decrease. It’s also weird because this is going to force eBay to be more involved in these “condition” related return disputes which will cost eBay $ and you’d think they’d want to be less involved
Thanks so much for all your content! You’ve been hands down our best resource to help (my son and) me launch our side eBay biz this year…we love it and we’re already on track to hit Top Rated in January, a month before our goal! 🎉 So my question…given I’m still in our first few months, I’m wondering what experience you can share around trends with seasonality of sales, generally speaking? Ie, I’ve heard a lot about Q4 being fantastic…trend wise, what do you generally plan for other months/seasons? Anything else we should consider heading into the new year? Thanks again!
For the first caller, since he sells mostly sportscards and uses the eBay Standard Envelopes service, I think sometimes the envelope doesn't scan correctly or the postal worker doesn't scan the delivery and thus doesn't show as delivered.
For the guy asking about the defects for late/missing scans, he did show acceptance scans, but no delivery scans. That standard envelope tracking often doesn't show delivered, and honestly, I have about8 saying tracking uploaded late and all had an acceptance scan the same or next day. I called ebay multiple times and they could see the late shipping dings were errors, but said there was nothing they could do.
Just starting out on ebay selling my personal video game collection. I want to move into selling all sorts of items as a reseller in my spare time. Is it okay to sell any and everything, or are their major disadvantages to not having a specific focus as I grow my shop? Thanks for all the great content you put out there. Your page has been a huge help for me.
i hope you n your family have a great festive season. thank you for sharing your ebay experiences and knowledge. It is a great help to me and i am sure many others too, all thanks to your efforts
This type of pre-owned condition has always been present on Mercari and it's a huge benefit as you can say that an item is in fair condition which indicates useable but many flaws. Poor indicates used for parts or needs repair to use.
How does everyone find out about estate sales and garage sales? Do I just drive around or is there an online search that would point me in the right direction?
Google is your friend. You can ask it for garage sales near “ insert your zip code”. Plus search up gated communities names near your areas. They only allow 1 to 2 per year, so usually has lots of houses selling then.look for upscale communities sections, they want to just get rid of stuff. There are garage sale websites too.
What the guy with the VCR issue can do is call the buyer on the phone and tell him he read his feedback and thinks he misunderstood your response. Tell him you’ll gladly make him whole and all he has to do is open a return (assuming it’s with your return period) and as soon as it arrives you’ll refund and let him know, on the phone only, that you expect him to revise the negative feedback to positive. When someone has you on the phone they’ll usually realize you’re a good guy and agree.
When you sell several items in the same sale you have to check to upload tracking on each item. Sometimes ebay's system doesn't do it. You can still go back in and do it. Ebay will remove it if you call.
When i list books, i say Acceptable and have buyers say it was better than expected. Im liable to list all clothes as Good for the same reason. I don't feel like arguing over is it excellent or not.
I love this probable future clothing change. As a shopper, I get annoyed when the seller just says 'in preowned condition'. That phrase means next to nothing. 😂
As for the DVD/VCR (1) I would NOT refund the buyer at this point. I would open a request from eBay to remove the negative feedback and they can check the message trail and see that you offered a full refund on return. My guess is this is a buyer looking for a partial refund. When he didn't get that, he thought he would either blackmail you with or "punish" you with negative feedback. I had one very similar to this and eBay removed the negative feedback because buyer never requested a return and kept insisting on a partial refund.
Looking forward to your 2024 wrap next week! Perhaps you can rap the wrap? ;) Have a relaxing Christmas and thank you for all the wonderful advice and content!
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the recent mail strike in Canada how a small number of eBay buyers living in Canada are seeking refund claims for items not delivered because of the mail strike. Canada Post has only recently begun processing the backlog of international mail, and they are currently holding buyers' packages.
On the question about binoculars and the strap, (1) how much would be the difference in shipping cost to buyer's location; and (2) could it be an APO or military FPO, or an out of country buyer which would require customs paperwork? Could there be some other complication having to do with shipping the binocs instead of just the strap?
Hi Justin, I am such a big fan of your videos! Keep up the great you do, I need it each week! I hope my previous question didnt seem like I was meaning a type of problem!! I mean only the best for you and your kind work. I have appreciated your help with so many of my questions before, and I hope its ok if i send others to you. You do an awesome job making videos. I hope that your Christmas was great. Ok later.
Average time to sell is definitely creeping up. I dont keep numbers like you, but yours certainly confirm this. There was a time if you priced it just under comp, itd sell with a few days. Not so much anymore. It will sell but you got to wait.
So what that “Bird Watcher” was doing was they wanted the Seller to send them just the binocular strap at a higher price without having the seller change the listing- the buyer could then say they didn’t get the actual product and got charged $15 extra- basically they were setting her up to be scammed legally through eBay because eBay allows it and you as the seller always get the bad review and rating drop blow they cause in the process as well!! Avoiding a Listing Change: Insisting that you don’t change the listing may indicate they want to avoid any formal documentation of the deal through the platform. This could mean they intend to dispute or manipulate the transaction later. 3. Lack of Clarity: If they don’t want the listing changed, they may plan to claim the binoculars and strap were never delivered, potentially leading to a chargeback or refund dispute. 4. Deviation from Normal Process: Genuine buyers typically prefer to keep transactions straightforward and within the platform’s official processes for their protection as well as yours.
Im new to eBay, and your advice is great! I want to switch to enabling returns, however I have a preference to flipping new and sealed electronics from reputable manufactures. Should I disable returns on sealed items or how would you absorb the loss of sealed status?
To the guy with the cards that didn’t show delivery. I disagree with Justin in this case (a rare instance). He said tracking WAS uploaded on time. Call customer service. The feedback is proof of delivery and the agent will remove the dings or help you fill out the form needed to do so. I’ve had similar situations when selling multiple items from different listings to the same customer and then shipping all using 1 tracking number but forgot to add it to all the other listings. eBay removed all defects.
I, too, like what you are describing with the reselling ethos. I "love" to have new additions of objects to my house/wardrobe and life. The novelty and practicality can't be beat. But then, like everyone, I need to clean out and declutter. What to do? Oh yeah, now I'm a reseller. That means it's INVENTORY! I no longer feel guilty for buying something for myself, not knowing if it will even work for me, because I can probably resell it anyway. However, I didn't start reselling for that reason. That would be a somewhat static position. Very few items maintain value over time once used. (There are many exceptions of course, especially "vintage" items.) Also, human behavior tells us that people tend to "upscale" if given the opportunity. For example, I need a new toaster. If I am limited to buying new, I will get a lower end brand. If I am sourcing and find an inexpensive brand for the same money, I will likely get that one. No actual money was saved in that equation. (but the toasting experience may be improved! lol you get the idea) Maintaining the inventory is a challenge to say the least. Storing everything while waiting for it to sell takes over areas of people's homes or they pay for storage off site. The time it takes to photograph, list and ship is uncompensated WORK. I am still exploring how this is going to fit in my life but I totally get why most people aren't interested in it and instead just choose to give away their items. Let's face it, the deductions for donations are pretty great.I continue to enjoy your channel and thanks for the heads up about the clothing condition changes. I like the addition of category for new without tags as that definitely can happen if items get separated from original packaging, etc. It has been said, however, that if the seller did not actually obtain it NEW from a store very recently, then it is actually no longer NEW at all. It may be unworn, but it is still "pre-owned." This seems accurate to me. Also, asking resellers to grade their own items is crazy. I see people listing items as new that are obviously used with stains and holes as it is. Twice, I reached out to ebay flagging listings of this nature and they "investigated" and in both cases found the listings to be in compliance with their policies. As a buyer, I did make a purchase of something listed as new and when it arrived realized it was clearly not new. I reached out to the seller and she apologized for her mistake and comped the item. It's good to know there are still honest people out there!
Hello Justin. I have been binge watching your videos for a few days and really enjoy the content. I have looked at the fees on Ebay, Mercari, & Poshmark. Ebay seems to be the most expensive of them & Mercari seems to be the least expensive. Do you only sell on Ebay or do you sell also on the other platforms? Can you explain why or why not? Thank you!
The issue I’m having with the eBay standard envelope is the postal workers not scanning at delivery. Even when I pay the 3 ounce rate on a 1 ounce envelope to make it a “package” they aren’t scanning as delivered! I’ve had to refund several buyers over this. I’m quite certain they are getting their items and just scamming. It’s a tax deduction but it’s very frustrating and makes me want to just give up on the eBay standard envelope scam for a year or two until they do some TRAINING AT THE USPS.
Ugh I had to shut down my store. eBay screwed me SO hard. My only option seems to be Etsy (which has always done better for me than eBay) but I’m bummed I won’t use eBay ever again.
When I ship cheap cards, there really isn’t tracking. I would send it via a stamp, but couldn’t prove anything. People would claim it never shipped even with picture of the envelope and me putting it in the mailbox. So now I am forced to only use eBay to ship.
When I first started on eBay I had two packages that ended up with no tracking on them too and eBay dinged me for it. I have no idea how there was no tracking added, I shipped them exactly how I ship things today. Maybe there was a glitch in the matrix that day 🤷🏼 It hasn’t happened since though.
If you list any clothing items as Excellent and the buyer declares it as Good they may want a refund, easier to leave all your listing as Good (unless of course you have any Fair condition clothing)
I'm happy with eBay adding condition levels. It's easier to under promise and over deliver. And, just an FYI, you now have the dubious distinction of having a dupe fake account (your username sans "e") spamming your commentors on some of your other posts.
I already get the option to choose more than pre-owned . I always choose good so I don’t understand this as a change. I don’t sell anything worse than good anyway so I think it will all be fine.
Hey Justin love your channel! You also motivate me every day to get things listed. Much appreciated. I have a question for you. How would you handle a situation where a buyer purchases two separate items and you or the buyer wants to bundle them into one shipping cost. Do you have to relist them together or is there an easy way to bundle the shipping into one label and both items get tracked? Hope that made sense lol
I think Mercari already uses the levels of pre-owned. I really don't think buyers are going to pay attention to the levels if they roll it out on eBay.
Hello, I am a new reseller, and I just have a comment based on what someone else commented about. From my point of view, but as a buyer, I have had the same situation where I have purchased an item, and it never shows a delivery even though I do finally receive the item. This has happened on multiple occasions, and now that i'm a seller , I am concerned about this happening. I had tracking on everything.
In the US, I wish they would add 'Preowned-BINS". I have only been to the BINS a few times. I have found feces (animal and ???), dead bugs, broken glass, and questionable smells. I doubt that all the resellers buying the clothing laundered/drycleaned them. I have almost stopped buying ANY pre-owned clothing online after seeing the BINS. They were nasty.
hi, I sell lots of preowned clothes and I try to avoid the bins, but I go about once every 3 months. I do wash of all my sourced pre-owned clothes, and I have this lysol disinfecting detergent that sanitizes the clothes without doing any damage. I buy lots of preowned clothing on ebay for myself too. I always wash the clothing, never have received anything dirty. If I did receive anything dirty I would have it packed back up within seconds/sealed and have a return open very easily. Also I'm sure you're more likely to run into a problem by buying clothes from a low activity seller, or someone who posts terrible pics of their items with maybe just a front and back picture. You really shouldn't have a problem if you're buying clothes from a reputable seller on ebay who probably makes several sales per day. I'm somewhat at that point, and when you're in this degree of seller status you can never list one "poop" item to jeopardize your store. I'm still a nothing burger of a seller, but I pass up so many items, even after I take them home after buying, and I realize for one of several reasons an item isn't good enough to make the cut in my store. However I guess where we differ is that I accept something pre-owned I buy could come from the bins, even a nasty one. However if the item arrives with zero odor/stains, and then also out of my wash even cleaner then I'm happy to continue paying way less for even better styles than I can find in the store.
you wash clothing bought online or at a store regardless if it is brand new, pre owned or whatever because you don't know where that piece might have been anyways so no need for redundant condition labeling.
@@brian4180 sorry but many sellers don't wash and you won't even notice. I had sold listings without washing but I had said so on the listing and buyer knew and accepted that condition. Things come from stores that have been in dirty conditions at the warehouse and you cannot wash an item with a brand new label on.
I have run into a situation like Amber described. If it’s coming from a customer with good feedback it’s probably legit. They probably have the same set of binoculars and bc they are a bit OCD (like me) they wanted to make their item original and complete. All she needs to do is create a new listing for the strap and then also create a new listing for the binoculars at a slightly lower price showing in the photos and in the description that it has no strap. It’s a win-win. Again, this assuming the buyer is legit.
I had this problem as well. I used ebay standard envelope and when I went to post office they said they don't scan this type of packaging. So item was shipped and arrived on time per buyer but tracking was never "uploaded". Doesn't make sense.
Hey Justin, with international shipping do you offer free shipping? If so do you only get charged for shipping to the ebay hub or are you paying all the shipping to the end buyer? I set up a free shipping policy but I excluded international and Alaska and Hawaii. Should I do this different? Thanks

That was also Scotty’s advice on Star Trek:
"The secret, sir, is to give yourself a reputation as a miracle worker and then always overestimate your repair times. That way, you'll look good when you finish faster."
@@onehappydawgI did not know that and I’m a big time Treker 🤭
@@janetgerow7163 he said it in Star Trek IV the Voyage Home
I think also the main reason with UA-camrs not sharing their stores is to avoid a jealous competitor to buy something and then intentionally leave a negative feedback to arm metrics.
Hi Justin, really appreciate your approach and content - is it possible to please make a video going over Ebay payments - you sell something, fees charged, promoted fee charged, adjustment made? postage and then get a payment and it does not seem to make sense. Think a lot of viewers might benefit from it, seems no one covers it.
Looking forward to this in a future video - fingers crossed.
I was interested in seeing your eBay shop not to buy, but to see what items you chose to resell. :) Very interesting!
Not hard to find. Just search sold listings for his top items of the week.
@@caseyr9104 That's not at all what I had stated. I said I liked looking at his shop to see what items he chose to sell.
This is good. So many sellers have bad photos and no descriptions.
Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 and a prosperous New Year 🎉 thank you for all you do !
So my question…given I’m still in our first few months, I’m wondering what experience you can share around trends with seasonality of sales, generally speaking? Ie, I’ve heard a lot about Q4 being fantastic…trend wise, what do you generally plan for other months/seasons?
Anything else we should consider heading into the new year? Thanks again!
I understand what you are saying when a viewer buys your item. It skews your actual sales.
For the first caller, since he sells mostly sportscards and uses the eBay Standard Envelopes service, I think sometimes the envelope doesn't scan correctly or the postal worker doesn't scan the delivery and thus doesn't show as delivered.
From what I could tell, no tracking at all was used, so he was not using eBay Standard Envelopes for those 8 missing tracking information.
Agree. GOOD will be where my clothing lands unless it has tags.
Good? Please don’t go to good will
For the guy asking about the defects for late/missing scans, he did show acceptance scans, but no delivery scans.
I wish they would add a section where the seller can indicate whether they have washed the item, steamed it, or neither.
I add those type of details in the description. Whether they read it or not, who knows.
This type of pre-owned condition has always been present on Mercari and it's a huge benefit as you can say that an item is in fair condition which indicates useable but many flaws. Poor indicates used for parts or needs repair to use.
Merry Christmas Justin and family! Love your humor!! I am grateful for your knowledge and sharing!!
How does everyone find out about estate sales and garage sales? Do I just drive around or is there an online search that would point me in the right direction?
Google "Garage sales near me".
Just google garage sales and estate sales near me
Google is your friend.
I list books and do the same mostly...sounds like i will have to do that for all of my used clothes listed soon too.
I love this probable future clothing change. As a shopper, I get annoyed when the seller just says 'in preowned condition'. That phrase means next to nothing. 😂
that is lazy listing. They should always give exact details on condition of item.
Merry Christmas Justin
Love your knowledge and your kindness to all of us. Wishing you many blessings. Susie
I look forward to having a rubric for Preowned clothing.
Merry Christmas and a safe happy New year to year and your family Justin, thanks for the great content over the last 12 months Graham
I find when I say “EBay policy won’t allow me…” then buyers are a bit more forgiving when they want to return or cancel.
Im new to eBay, and your advice is great! I want to switch to enabling returns, however I have a preference to flipping new and sealed electronics from reputable manufactures. Should I disable returns on sealed items or how would you absorb the loss of sealed status?
Thanks Justin for keeping us updated. Always great info.
Great videos. I noticed that some of your sold items take 5+ months to sell. How many times do you “sell similar” or relist these items? Thanks
Just wondering, is that a real vintage banker’s lamp (e.g., verdelite, emeralite, etc) in the background? If so, very cool! Love those!
When I ship cheap cards, there really isn’t tracking. I would send it via a stamp, but couldn’t prove anything. People would claim it never shipped even with picture of the envelope and me putting it in the mailbox.
So now I am forced to only use eBay to ship.
Yes please!! We want to see a video regarding taxes! Thanks
When I first started on eBay I had two packages that ended up with no tracking on them too and eBay dinged me for it.
I have no idea how there was no tracking added, I shipped them exactly how I ship things today.
Maybe there was a glitch in the matrix that day 🤷🏼
It hasn’t happened since though.
Merry Christmas 🎄and a Happy New Year 🎆
I saw this coming when people were putting the condition as simply used when that does not describe the condition.
That's how i grade my listings now for the description. That's going to be a long day because i have 850 listings.
Merry Christmas Justin!
Happy Holidays to you and your family .❤ Excellent content!
Thanks! Those scammers pop up every once in a while. I've reported them.
The ChaChing King on UA-cam has a user friendly video on exactly this.
Awesome thank you!
I think Mercari already uses the levels of pre-owned. I really don't think buyers are going to pay attention to the levels if they roll it out on eBay.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Thanks for great content all year long! Happy holidays.
When you file your taxes at the end of the year, what do you have to add to your taxes your ebay gross income or your ebay net income?
No, I feel like this will open the subjective floodgates and the sea of returns will come through.
Good vid Justin!! Merry Christmas!!!!
I love your videos so much! I've learned so much valuable info and continue to. Lifetime subscriber here. Merry Christmas to your family
Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thank You for the content. It has helped greatly. Cheers.
Dang! Amazing seats, hope you had fun at the game!!
All used clothing listed to ebay is by policy supposed to be washed. So not sure what you mean. Maybe YOU don't wash clothes, but most of us do.
you wash clothing bought online or at a store regardless if it is brand new, pre owned or whatever because you don't know where that piece might have been anyways so no need for redundant condition labeling.
@@brian4180 sorry but many sellers don't wash and you won't even notice. I had sold listings without washing but I had said so on the listing and buyer knew and accepted that condition. Things come from stores that have been in dirty conditions at the warehouse and you cannot wash an item with a brand new label on.
Even if they add that option, how can eBay enforce it? I mean people can lie and said thats their personal item, estate garage sales stuff like that.
MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family Justin!
Oh nooo youre a chiefs fan 😢😢 youre lucky i love youre channel 😂
Merry Christmas
Hi Justin new to your channel, great content. Btw how can you tell if an item has high sell through rate?
I heard another youtuber mention February for the worldwide roll out of the used clothing condition.
Yesterday I opened my store, and notice that Ebay un promoted all of my listings. Have you ever seen that happen?
Hi Justin I have a question about you flip wire program is it user-friendly because I’m really not always tech suave at times
Ebay does not care for srlers as much as for buyers. In many cases they decide on buyers behalf.
You’re my second favorite Chiefs fan after Paul Rudd.
I had this problem as well. I used ebay standard envelope and when I went to post office they said they don't scan this type of packaging. So item was shipped and arrived on time per buyer but tracking was never "uploaded". Doesn't make sense.
Just like grading coins: Fine, Very Fine, etc.
Hey Justin, with international shipping do you offer free shipping? If so do you only get charged for shipping to the ebay hub or are you paying all the shipping to the end buyer?
I set up a free shipping policy but I excluded international and Alaska and Hawaii. Should I do this different?
Thanks
