      Right, they should have mentioned it clearly that it would be built for the project, exactly the same as of SS THE LEAF.

    How do you come up with the stupid numbers. Airport is 48 mins away on a Saturday when there is no traffic via Google Maps. How do you come up with 25 mins ? All these property builders seem to be doing the same thing, projecting wrong numbers.

    Let me provide my views as well.
    P.S.- I am not from any company.
    1. Club House shown in video is of ss leaf which is opposite to ss linden. However there will be a separate club House for ss linden.
    2. For some plots terrace is exclusive with 3rd floor, but for some it is divided among 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor.
    3. As per company chimney and hob are not provide.
    Overall project is very good and worth as it is on a great location. 500 mts from dwarka expressway and located in new gurgaon. It's surroundings are ss leaf, commercial sector 88, krusumi, elan etc.
    No other low rise floors project in gurgaon is gated with own club. Adani samsara, dlf floors are not fully gated and their club House is also outside the complex. Also their price is more than linden. Their size is also small as compared to linden.
    SS group is now reviewing itself and more focused now.
    So a great deal looking at the market and location.
    I am sure they will make it decent.

      Lol this is a paid review and not a honest one.
      SS group has not even delivered one project in time. SS LEAF is delayed by over 8 years.
      The builder has not paid the discom over 5.5 Crores so none of the projects have a permanent electricity supply.
      The construction quality of SS group is very very bad. You can look at the towers of coralwood, ss leaf and almeria which is in the vicinity. The buildings are just 5 years old but are already in shambles. They don’t even honour the 5 year warranty that all buildings are supposed to have.
      Another thing is they will not handover the funds collected by the Maintainence to RWA and you will have to beg for your own money everytime you want to get anything fixed. And it’s in their contract that will they will control the funds for 15 years after the formation of RWA. Can you imagine?
      The builder is a thug. He has collected money from the residents for various amenities and has provided none of them.
      One advice is, go look at sobha city construction and then compare it with SS group. You’ll understand the difference.
      The builder is Affiliated to big political parties so you’ll not be able to do anything.
      Big time bully he is.
      If there is any doubt please talk to the residents of Almeria/ coralwood in sector 84 you’ll understand the ground really.
      All these people are probably paid by ss group to praise the project.

      @@Ymraq A big thanks for your detialed review. I was planning for SS but not anymore. You said it right, before investing one should inquire from residents of that society.

      @@lipin007 Its human nature to attract to negativity first. Not all builders or brands are perfect...you should check the locality/product amenities and then make up ur mind rather than relying on anybody's comment on social media.
