Beautiful. I built a Switch9er in British Racing Green over lockdown and it puts a smile in my face every ride. Love seeing what components people select for their builds. For me, I loved the research of choosing all the different parts. Would probably never buy a complete bike again.

I concur.. I went full XT, Hope wheels, Ohlins RXF, bits from Burgtec and invisd of course! 853 in black copper.. Love it!
@@bob69365 nice great colour as well. I’ve changed a couple of bits since the build in the video. Tan wall tyres and changed the grips and saddle. Main think I changed was the fork as aesthetically it didn’t work for me, so have a Fox 36 instead.

Enjoyed this one, refreshing to see a 'simpler' build. Maybe it's just me but the newer integrated cable routing through the headset designs kinda make my skin crawl.

Yep, make sure there is plenty of fork lube over that front tyre, keep the sponsors happy 👍
It's ok to have sponsors but not good way to spray this lube over the front wheel disc brake...

ive been viewing your programs , and applaud your mechanical engineering skills . however i am a senior with mobility issues ,therefore i challenge you to use all your skills and power to build a 3 wheel rollator with 16in fat tyres so i might get outside and enjoy our bleak n.e. win ters . snow ,ice ,and sidewalks are an impediment to folks not of able body . i humbly ask for you to consider this challenge . a old man from the north country. ; ]

To anyone watching this to get inspired to do your own bike work, that much grease on the sealed headset bearings does nothing. Most of it gets squeezed out.
