Pretty Road bike....I love watching these bikes built with the best parts available! At least my eBike has the same Gold Candy Crank Bros. clip in Pedals!
Never heard for Stanton before... their Switchpath will be on my radar if I ever need to replace my current Ti frame - Ribble makes some amazing Ti frames as well imo - the CGR or Their Gravel model. I have no intention to replace my current Ti WHY cycles :R + ... but accidents happen and cars are on the road too :X
if you rode MTB before and love steel hardtail, must be easy to acknowledge small-medium brand like Chromag, Stanton. They built nice aggressive steel bike!

@@judechandler5102 I worked in a bike shop in the mid to late 90's and the 10 mm spanners going missing was a thing back then as well. I thought they wouldn't be needed now with the modern stuff.
@@garethhelliwell9736 you won't be seeing any 10mm anything on a decent modern bike, but most low end bikes still use them, and 9 and 8mm bolts, and of course anything vintage. How often you need one depends on the establishment you work at, and what sort of bikes you work on there, but boy oh boy do they still go missing! I really should've said 5mm allen key too, but I was making that age old joke...sigh
I'm going to build the same bike just wondering what size bottom bracket did you use am going use shimano grx rx600 crank not sure what bottom bracket needed has too be threaded like yours.
Nice bike. 2 negatives: the large loop of the shiftcable right an the rear derailleur. Will easily snag. Bad for single trail. And the cables being Inside the seatstays to then come out again before going into the toptube looks halfbaked!
This is basically identical to my dream build (or at least the build I'm dreaming about at the moment :p). It'll be my first build as well. Does anyone know of any titanium frames in this style with fully internal cable routing?
How i really wish i had that kind of bike. But my problem is i dont have enough money to buy one.. can anyone give me a bike. Can i have your old bike? Haha.. thank you gee for a beautiful video. Watching you all the way from phillippines....

@@jorgscz9175 around 5:30. He uses an allen key to assemble the clamps, then switches to the torque wrench, presumably to get to the correct torque. However, the torque wrench instantly engages on all bolts, i.e. they are all too tight.
@@mopedvieh ooohhh I see what you're saying. Ok as a bike tech here I have to say that over torquing stem bolts is not that big of a deal. I'm sure he's using the torque wrench to make sure that they're at least 5 nm, and knowing that this guy has built probably hundreds if not thousands of bikes I'm sure he's got a pretty good feel as to how tight stem bolts should be

Watching these dream builds made me train up to be a mechanic. So I did all the Cytech courses. Any tips for someone just starting out?

Perfect!!!!!!!
That bottom bracket looks quite stiff. Are you sure it's aligned correctly?
Carrera crossfire is all you need.😊

Inner cable for titanium frame is rare right?
🧚🏼
not at all. its quite common.
Cush core is a massive PITA
How did you find setting Ekar up? I’m struggling to get it to shift right on my bike.
Am i seeing this right that He didn't removeprotection from glue on bar tape ? Is it ok to do?
0:30 BRO? 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
Is cushcore actually useful on a gravel/cx build?
If you care about your carbon rims getting damaged then yeah it's useful in the event of a flat or hard strikes from rocks.
I can't believe they are necessary for a Gravel bike that does not do tech type trails...
Please re do the bar tape at the left side of the hadlebar.......at 24:38 you can clearly see its a bodge.
Amazing build once again . What's the weight of the bike ?
nine
0.0001 nano gram
Where did you get that great tyre lever from??
It's Cush Core Bead Dropper. cushcore.com/product/bead-dropper/
I m sorry, I m really a beginner but what's the grey part before the tire ? thanks :)
I think they are called rim protectors. This are tubeless wheels, so you can add this rubber that acts as a bumper against rough trails.

What's the point of using a torque wrench when all bolts on the handlebar clamp are overtightened anyway?
Why is it that all off your comments on this channel are so negative? A bit of the green monster syndrome perhaps.
