@@VRMadetoWorship I draw my own blood and I have a centrifuge. It actually is very cost effective when comparing purchasing other meso products. ( even though I’m a true skin care addict. ) So of course I still purchase other injectables, but I do love meso, micro needle and injecting PRP & PRF.
@@hildaharispe9497 to do the PRF you get the tube with nothing inside. I have also found the additive in the tube that make the PRP actually stings when I injected. So I feel the PRF has much better benefits plus it does not cause undo pain.
You also spin PRF slower speed and less time vs PRP.
How much is the spin and for how long for PFR...I just need the centrifuge . Are you planing to use the EZ injector for your face with the PRF ...could you share your experience I’m thinking to do it ...

You need to have the tube going to the top of the n33dle for better suction and to keep serum out the tube, turn the n33dle so that the port you place the tube into is facing the top not bottom, and the tube will be doing a half turn when you place it on the top of the n33dle which is what you want! Many sellers don't know this and don't tell you but trust me i know what I'm talking about

@@shywxnderaltaccount1186 not a good idea to inject these products, they’re made in China from dubious ingredients. I hope your skin is ok. See a dr if you have signs of infection (hot, red, inflamed, fever).
@Collagen Lab: That is the unseparated platelet POOR plasma you are using. That's not a very good separator for PRP. The PRP is the concentrated plasma found in the layer between the two... and usually gets stuck in the gel separator. Find a different separator. Also, don't forget that you need to ACTIVATE the plasma by plunging the PRP between two syringes 20 or so times.

A lot of ppl can’t tell cause instructions are in Chinese but M1 is for the water dispense function and the M2 button is for hyluarnic acid.. please don’t use in eye trough I did and it worked as a eye fillers and I’m way to young for those

Hi Barbara - I have some very minimal bruising after each treatment with the EZ Injector. Less noticeable than a microneedling treatment. I do an injection about once every 6 weeks. Use Saran Wrap instead of a mask. You will get much better results! And if you can’t get numbing gel in Hong Kong, Korea or China have no problem sending you some. I have one numbing gel that is 79% from China.
How come you just don’t inject it with a insulin needle into the skin throughout your whole face?
Molly Monroe that would take a lot longer and I would have to be precise about the amount I inject. Plus - I’m not a nurse or a dr. I don’t think anyone should be injecting themselves unless they’re medically trained. The EZ Injector takes all the guess work out of it

It’s hard to say... with micro needling you get the added benefit of stimulating growth factors with the needling process itself. When injecting you’re only targeting a few areas so it’s not enough to release a lot of growth factors (in my opinion). I think the two modalities work well together.
I am a RN and am SO SO interested in doing at home treatments! How do I get my hands on all this equipment without a Rx? Supplies for drawing blood is my main concern. A centrifuge is not a problem but what about the injection gun and what micro needling machine do you recommend for at home? Love how you are empowering is via your videos! Thank you!

My second try was today and the suction was working, needle out but the serum was on top of the skin. Any ideas what I did wrong?
Hmm, not sure, but one thing comes to mind - when you hold the cartridge to your skin you have to press firmly, then press the button and wait until the suction has released completely before you remove the cartridge from your skin. If you pull away before the serum has finished injecting, you’ll get some on the top of your skin. You could also try decreasing the volume of serum (identified as “dose” on the screen). Hope this helps!

I know they're different, but if you had to choose the mesotherapy PRP or dermaneedling PRP which would you choose and why? Love the channel keep up the awesome work :)
This is such a good question! Because I'm using platelet rich fibrin more than PRP right now, I would say dermal needling with platelet rich fibrin would be my top choice. The reason is this - dermal needling will stimulate cell turnover and collagen production all on it's own - you don't get that with mesotherapy. I also feel very strongly that platelet rich fibrin will create better results over time compared to PRP. I haven't had great success using my EZ Injector with platelet rich fibrin because it forms tiny clots in the EZ Injector needle cartridge. PRP on the other hand is perfect for the EZ Injector and I will continue with that treatment in the future. I hope this helps!

Thank you for this! I’m just a little concerned about sanitation and developing cellulitis? Keeping the product sterile seems difficult, especially if it’s leaking into the chamber and vacuum. Also, is touching your face during treatment not risky? Please let me know the steps you take!
Hi Danna, I definitely take precautions like cleaning my face, hands and workspace with alcohol. The PRP serum is only out of my body for about 15-20 mins. My needle cartridge and syringe come in sterile packaging so I’m not worried about contamination. I dispose of everything after my treatment. I haven’t had any issues with infection, but it is a risk.

I've read that when extracting the platelet rich plasma is necessary to treat with Calcium to activate it, have you heard it? And how long are you taking between sessions? Looking forward to the results in your next videos ;)
Priscila Sotana that’s so exciting! The EZ Injector is a great device. Yes, I’ve read some research suggesting that for all the growth factors to be released, an activator like calcium chloride or thrombin is necessary. But there’s another argument that the platelets are activated by exposure to collagen under the skin. To avoid this issue, I’m going to use PRF or platelet rich fibrin for my next video. It doesn’t require any activation and has a much slower and longer release of growth factors. I’ll keep you posted!

I use platelet rich fibrin to inject with the EZ injector. You can’t buy it, it’s a concentration of platelets and growth factors derived from your blood. Don’t inject anything with the EZ Injector unless it comes from a sterile container and is intended for intradermal injection

I only use my own platelet rich plasma to inject. The platelet rich plasma comes from my blood and is completely natural and safe to inject. I would not recommend injecting Profhilo.

I always use a new syringe bc I’m using platelet concentrates, so yes you need a new needle and syringe each time. I reuse the vacuum tube and filter as long as no liquid gets into it.

I don’t reuse the needle cartridges for the EZ Injector because I’m using them with a blood concentrate. The cartridges are quite complex and would be too difficult to clean.

Hi Paulina, thank you for your comments! The needle cartridge on the EZ injector doesn’t have a way to determine depth. So unfortunately I can’t give you a precise measurement. If this is your first time, I would extend the needle cartridge fully and then retract it by half to start. Does that make sense?

Good question! Yes, I toss out the needle cartridge and the syringe. Typically there isn't any serum in the vacuum and filter, but if there was, I would dispose of those as well. I only use my EZ Injector for myself, I would not recommend sharing this device with anyone.
