@oakkkyit depends on what you do before getting demoted, if you abuse, or didn't listen to the game rules. You'll get demoted and maybe a ban. But if it's really that serious, you would get banned. Abusing can make you banned, not listening to the rules depends on the person who will ban you or demote you, they can ban or demote you. And it's their choice. And if you don't get a ban, and just demoted. You're an patient again, but banned is just for not listening to the rules (it's their choice to ban or demote) abusing, hack, and etc. I hope that answer your question, I'm a patient. And i don't really know, but i used to work in a game. So this is probably the right asnwer.

Applications have to be out first, usually at the beginning of every month but it’s been delayed due to the HRs being under evaluation
