Sulmona has a lot of character. We were there last fall and fell in love with it. Train station in Sulmona is relatively new, clean with convenience store and fast food place inside. We were lucky for owner of B & B took us to train station since there are no taxis available in this place. Keep those videos coming please, I might find some thing we like. We have a place in Casoli sbout 1 1/2 hour away. Thank you for sharing. 🇺🇸🇨🇮🤗
Yes....Love it! Nice to have the total remodel complete. Property & location are STUNNING! I'm ready to go hang out in that little park! LOL 🙋♀ Best Wishes ---Mary
Great location, great lock up and go apartment with bonus outside space. I do hope you have a place waiting for me when I am ready. This one is definitely 'up my street'.
Not looking for a place to rent (for me or to others). I am wanting to pack up all my furniture and movie it to Italy. At 59, I am still young enough to enjoy hiking, biking, walking, photography, and more. I once lived in Rovigo while working for ExxonMobil. I had no idea that I would be wanting to move back permanently. I am in Houston right now but call Las Vegas, NV. Home.
Frankly the only "downside" to me is the toilet has no window/skylight. Other than that the price is great, the apartment is great and the location is what? Stunning? Yes it is! Sulmona really has it all.
I don’t understand the obsession with windows and skylights in bathrooms. Why would you want to look through a window while you’re on the toilet or taking a shower? And you don’t need natural light in a bathroom. And you can use a fan for ventilation. And of course air fresheners and stuff for odors and an open window wouldn’t help much with clearing out odors anyway. I just don’t understand why people need windows in a bathroom.
@@thehungrygoldfish It's not obsession but for me there are 4 reasons why a window is good for the bathroom. Natural Light, Odour, condensantion and humidity on the walls (potentially mold). I know when there is no window you have the extractor fan, but I'd rather a window in the toilet for fresh air and natural light
@@guineapigscotland I don't understand why you would want a window in the bathroom for fresh air and natural light...you're not in there for that long and I would rather have the natural light in another room, like the kitchen, rather than the bathroom.
This apartment is beautiful. To clarify- the price is for the one apartment only - not all three, correct? I wouldn’t think so but was a tad confused by some phrasing.
Thank you. Does anyone know of a channel like this where the property tours are instead in Italian? I want to be able to speak the Italian words when buying a house in Italy and so I’m looking for a channel like that. If anyone knows of any please let me know
Love this would like to see the one bedroom..was looking for 3 units to buy . How many are available..thank you for all the info you share and your wonderful videos.
Why can’t you take our investments and manage the properties for us? I would definitely consider investing with returns like these if I had someone trustworthy managing it for me. Honestly.
How much could you be capable paying for a property 100K -200K for a year ? And with manage what you mean more maintenance or more B2B developing or smth similiar ?
@@airwaystravelmy concern is more the maintaining the property and renting it out via booking or Airbnb as well as compensating me. It’s much more beneficial doing this in Italy rather than where I live and where I could do it myself.
@@airwaystravel Manage: to make certain the renters are met with keys and introduced to the property, for short term there would be supplies, cleaning, bedding and linens to clean, maid service after each renter. Darn! It would’ve been prettier, more charming, more appropriate if they used architectural salvage for the doors, trim, floors, etc. Missed opportunity to really make it special, but I suppose a NEW owner could change it all to give it a “vibe!” If the price was right!
😍My family's home town is 52 minutes away in Introdacqua. My dad was born in Sulmona. I love to see the videos in the two towns.
Never disappoint with church bells…thank you❤

Hello! Nice property. I’ll be ready next summer then I’ll contact you. Thank you for your videos and info.
Dumb question, I guess I haven't seen one garbage can outside. Is there garbage pick up ? Or am I missing something???

I too once lived in Rovigo. Now looking at Abruzzo.
Is this one still available?
Looks great!
10:50 I would hate to think they covered up original Italian tile floors with today's manufactured wood.

I wonder in the videos (which are great) could you call out what are the aspects of the balconies - N, S ,W or E

Odd the apartment is by far the most beautiful you have shown us thus far. But I think I would prefer something with a view.😊
The only potential problem i see in thay bathroom are the hardwood floors. To prevent moisture/mold, I'd replace them with tiles

It is not Italy if you do not hear church bells.
Does it have kitchen or did just miss seeing it?
It has a kitchen area right off the main living, but of course, you install the kitchen components:)

Hallways galore so the spaces are choppy. The terrace has zero privacy. Seems a display.

It's lovely, but the communal entrance and living quarters are a turn off.
Uh, where is the kitchen? I think you're delusional.
