Once a 9-10 year old girl selling Durva-flowers on the street at Siddhi Vinayak Temple inadvertently came close to my car&was hit in her leg I stopped the car&with the help of somebody took her to KEM hospital(Parel)& believe me the Dadar police detained me till next morning&made me drive the car upto worli by sitting in my car! Then only they let me go! Well,we paid the girl's medical expenses whatsoever! Tough time I&my family had! Today that girl got married&mother of 2 children aged 9-10 yrs old! Well, today she has a small shop there at Siddhi Vinayak temple area! These days!? My God, no humanity at all! God bless Mumbaikars! 🙏 🤲

Sorry to say that no action is taken against such errant drivers who mow down the innocent people on the roads . In India rich people think that they can bribe the police and get away with it so easily that’s why people are not scared . If it would have been Singapore or some other G-5 country then the accused would have landed in jail for sure because in those countries they don’t give a shit , whether the accused is rich or poor . If found guilty then he has to go to the jail for sure . But in India there is no “ law “ at all . Or I should say that there is totally no implementation of “ law” . People commit offenses and get away with it so easily by giving money . What kind of democracy is this ?? I don’t trust the judicial system in India it’s totally insane and india is a horrible country . How could a country prosper where there is different law for rich and different for poor . If something happens to a poor family then they keep on begging for justice but the justice is never delivered . India is a very bad country !!! It’s better that people should protect themselves . Don’t go outside the house late at night until it’s very urgent . Becoz there is rash driving at night and youngsters over here drink and drive . They find this fun or a matter of self respect .
