An example of what she said in the beginning- Brown sugar sweet potato bake- She can eat this for the holidays without guilt and still add in daily healthy habits then incorporate it after. Favorite holiday is Christmas.
These look absolutely delicious!!! 😋 tho I’d recommend taking that Vit D3 with K2 to assist in the absorption and yield the benefits more effectively 😊👍

Looks good - but I have to watch my carbs and sugar. I am diabetic. I subscribed - but feel I should unsubscribe. Thete are to many carbs in your recipes. I would be to tempted.
In other videos Emmie has talked about how pizza is sugar carbs while pasta is a good choice depending on the sauce. She also spoke about healthy breads. Hope this helps but it's up to you and your health needs.
